Good for when youre sick!!
I love using these when I’m sick and congested when blowing my nose doesn’t help. They help open up my nose so i don’t have to do mouth breathing. The smell is light and not too overpowering. If you have trouble removing it, just use a towel with warm water. The instructions have a certain position the strip is supposed to be in, but i like where i have it in the photo.

I can finally sleep sound
I was skeptical of using these. I have had some restless nights and issues breathing through my nose at night. I don't like sleeping with my mouth open. I am scared of bugs crawling in my mouth. lol. Triggered a severe migraine when I put the strip on. I've been using these for years and this last box triggered a migraine because the scent had been changed. BEWARE. I'm guessing this was done to increase profit and reduce quality. Just another greedy company!

These work great! Anyone saying it doesn’t stick to their nose probably didn’t read the instructions. You have to wash and dry your nose first to get rid of the oils, and the instructions actually say that the edges of the strip lifting off your nose a little bit is normal. These work great, they made a huge difference in me being able to nose breath while I sleep

I instantly felt I could breathe better. I suggest removing oils from your nose before putting the strip on and also bending it in the middle to make sure it sticks. I don’t like that there is residue left on your nose that is hard to take off but not a major issue.

Works great for the husband~!
My husband and I both love these! It helps reduce his snoring at night and helps me and him get a better night’s sleep. The only other cure for his snoring would be to possibly get surgery so these are a very minimally invasive option that meet our needs. The lavender smell is also great, especially if you love the smell of lavender to help you fall asleep at night. Great product and I highly recommend!

Just okay
While the nasal strip itself worked fairly well, the artificial lavender scent appears to be the cause of my eyes being puffy/swollen the next morning. I’m not allergic to lavender essential oil or most fragrances, and I’ve only started using these strips recently. The days I don’t use the strips my eyes are completely fine when I wake up. I recommend the unscented kind if you’re sensitive to fragrance like I am apparently.
