Holding onto my sanity
I think this zquil is the only reason I haven’t lost my mind entirely yet. I live in a house with extremely loud people and I wake up very early. This is the only thing I’ve found that can knock me out and allow me to sleep through the circus that arrives downstairs during my resting hours. I wake up not feeling too sleepy and I find that this makes me fall asleep in about an hour which is great for me. Taste is terrible but that’s the only bad thing I have to say about it.

Be careful when drinking this stuff. If you have to get good rest drink the right amount and let your body rest. Just be aware that you won’t really get a warning before you realize its already the next day

I was never a heavy melatonin user, but the couple times i've tried it, it never did the tick. A friend reccomended zquil and this thing puts me to sleep within 10-30 mins depending on my activity level. It does not make me drowsy in the morning which is great. I will say, do not depend on it (I take it maybe 1-2x week if I really need to go to sleep) AND do not take it if you're only going to have 4-5 hours of sleep!! I would take it if your're going to sleep for more than 6-7+ hours OR take a smaller dosage by half if youre going to sleep less than that because it might make you drowsy in the morning. I take it by 11pm or 12 and wake up 7-8am normally and that works for me.

Sleeping Better Now
I’m a light sleeper and have a hard time falling asleep but it’s much easier now that I’ve found ZzzQuil. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t taste like cough syrup. It works fast and definitely helps me fall asleep faster and sleep better. It feels so much better after a good nights sleep!
