Bring old formula back :/
Been using this for years! But they just recently changed the formula! & the new formula sucks! Especially on the night one! The smell used to be amazing and relaxing to the point of making me relaxed and ready for bedtime. The new formula has a different smell I don’t like and no more bursting bubbles 😏

bring back old pump dispenser and formula
I've been using these for years and love both scents. This new formulation smells different and seems watered down to the point where dispensing it feels like I'm losing most through my fingers. They also got rid of the pump and replaced it with this cap that does not work as well. It's disappointing and now I have to look for another go-to product once I'm out.

Night Relaxing is Horrible Stuff!
For 25 years, I used Clean and Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser and then it disappeared from the store shelves. So, I tried this new "night relaxing Facial Cleanser" and was shocked to see it gave this 61 year-old a case of facial zits. I haven had a zit since I was a teen. This stuff is garbage! Buyer beware. And bring back the good stuff - Clean and Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser (original formula).

I used to use this all the time. I decided to go back to it, and I don't know if the formula was changed or what but I later broke out in tiny little red spots. Then it got itchy. My skin hated me for a day! Smell is strong, must be strong.

Why change a perfectly good product?
What was wrong with the old formula? I don't understand the need to change a perfectly good product. People have face routines with specific products for a reason. You suddenly change the ingredients and who knows how it will disrupt the skin barrier. I've been using the old formula 15 years now with no issues whatsoever. I recently got the reformulated bottles and I am now hesitant to use after reading other reviews. Also, PLEASE bring back the very convenient pump dispenser. This new one is just..no.

The product works well. Pleasant light fragrance. However, if you planned on only using one product per face wash, and if you have makeup on, it may not remove all of your makeup. You’ll need another product, a makeup remover. The product is not runny, so the disk dispenses a very small amount. You have to squeeze the bottle more.

Disappointed
Please bring back the old formula. This makes me break out and makes my face itchy. The old formula was perfect for the night time relaxing face wash. The old formula was the best face wash I've used. The old formula I didn't get breakouts it helped prevent breakouts.

I have been using this product for 15 years. I have very sensitive skin and it was the only product that worked well for my skin. The new formula has cause me to break out in hives. Disappointed that the formula has changed.

Bring back old cap..
I have used this product for over 10 years, the product itself is fine, but this updated look/ design is terrible. The beads clog in this type of cap and it makes a huge mess.
