This is my first Waterpik and I'm pleased with it. The cover that holds the different tools and that opens to pour water into could be more stable when opening. Is there a way to hinge it so the entire cover doesn't come off?

Product did not work with bathroom outlet and required me to either purchase a special plug that cost roughly half as much as the flosser itself or else run an extension cord from the bedroom, which was a nonstarter. In addition, it's made out of cheap hollow plastic and has a very cheap/poorly made feel.

I've used this less than 12 times and it completely stopped working. First it wouldn't send water out the tool, then it just stopped working altogether. It feels like cheap plastic and doesn't last!

Bought this product as recommended by dental hygienist. We are hoping to keep my gums from receding any more. This one has a variable intensity and numerous heads that come with it. It is easy to use, and now a couple of weeks in I am able to tolerate a medium intensity. Mouth does feel cleaner—hope I get improvement next dental visit.
