Burns -Goopy
These drops burn when applying. The burning does stop a few seconds after applying, but then seems to be thick almost goopy. I gave it two stars because if it’s all you have, it will suffice until you can get something more suitable. Otherwise, not for me.

Great for dry eyes
Been using this drop for years for dry eyes. One drop in each eye in the mornings and I am good to go. On windy days I will also use at night. I put my drops on the freezer for about 10 min before use so my eyes are more refreshed.

Everyone is different but these are the best for me
I've used numerous eye drops for my dry eye disease. 2 kinds of Refresh which both give me stringy goop in my eyes. One kind of refresh that I like ok, Refresh Digital. Some gel from Europe, plus a few I can't remember. The most disappointing was the PE version of these. They have a horrible bottle and don't work the same. I didn't even realize how much better these are for me until I ran out and had to use Refresh Mega that I already had. Horrible! I literally had to pull strings of mucusy goop out so as not to feel like there was sand in my eyes. I went back to these and problem solved. Can highly recommend if you've been on the endless eye drop carousel of doom.

Systane Ultra
These Systane Ultra drops are the best out there. So far it is helping my extremely dry eyes during the day, which is caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis. I use tears morning and night also, so maybe that’s why I don’t have crust like other reviewers mention. My only complaint is, that the package fooled me. I was surprised at the very teeny tiny bottle in such a large box. The box is the same size as other brands, who sell larger bottles. The expiration date is more than 2 years in the future and I will be done them within the month. Others complained about the expiration date. I bought mine in the store, where I could read it.

Great product
My eyes kept burning with dry eye. I went to the dr to make sure nothing was wrong and thank God it wasnt she told me I had 20/20 vision. I didnt understand the why my eyes were doing this. I thought that maybe it was because my job consist of me staring at a computer screen for hours. I tried so many different products and nothing was working but when I tried Systane Ultra High Performance, DRY eye relief and I do not regret it at all. Great product.

My go to drop on accutane
Im currently on accutane, and my eyes have been EXTREMELY dry and burring and irritated. i tried other drops but these seem to work the best for me, especially with helping my eyes to not burn and be irritated, I could just tell by putting them in on the first drop they were gonna be a repurchase!!

Poor new design of bottle
Dislike that the manufacturer changed the cap and bottle making it harder to squeeze accurately….Haven’t been able to get one drop in each eye ever. One time, I needed seven tries to do it accurately. Big waste of liquid. Had bottle less than a week and it’s about half empty.
