Beware! Ingredients have changed! Causing horrible reactions
Please, beware if you have sensitive skin or allergies! Sadly, I have lost faith in Alaffia and their products. I have been buying them for years for my sensitive, allergy-prone children trusting in the ingredients that I vetted when I first researched. However, without any announcement on the labeling, Alaffia has changed some key ingredients! Many websites have not made this update. Please check your bottles! My sister had been using their products but started experiencing horrible break-outs -- she checked all her skincare product ingredients as she was not purchasing anything different and that's when we realized that Alaffia has started using unhealthy ingredients in their products!!! The product that had previously been safe for her to use was causing this health nightmare. An absolute shame.

I have used this product for years. The last two I purchased do not look or smell the same. The viscosity is also different. The bright, invigorating scent of lavender is no longer present. The smell is truly unpleasant. I am very disappointed and will seek out new products.

Inaccurate Ingredients
This shampoo/body wash smells very nice but the ingredients in the pictures here are different than the back of the label. It must be a different formula bc it’s completely different, which is extremely disappointing since I’m trying to avoid certain chemicals but also trying to find something local to purchase. I’ll be returning this unfortunately.

I was given my first bottle of Alaffia at my baby shower. I’ve been using this soap everyday since then. And when I saw I was running low, I came running to the website to order our next bottle. This is definitely our new household baby brand! My baby never had any skin reactions or sensitivity to this soap, even as early as 1 month old! This lemon lavender is so relaxing, it always helps my baby fall asleep after his bath!

Not a gentle, safe, or sensitive product/formula. After my daughter took a few bubble baths with this she complained of irritation and itchiness in her lady parts…not good. I returned it.
