I’m 42 and have noticed my skin losing firmness in my neck. I am on my 3rd tub of this product and I just cannot say that I’ve noticed a difference. It’s very moisturizing, but my firmness hasn’t changed after a few months of use.

If I could give zero stars I would. Using this cream for less than a week caused a horrible rash and itching anywhere I touched my body with it. Ended up in the ER and prescribed a steroid. DO NOT BUY!

I’d used this cream for several years and was always happy with it. I don’t know if the formula recently changed, or may be it’s me, but about a year ago, I developed a nasty looking scaly rash across my neck and chest and I’ve had to stop using it.

I was so hopeful this would work -- but for me the reaction of very itchy, dry, stiff neck skin occurred. This reaction was so irritating that I woke up scratching. It was several days of applying creams, washing/rinsing my neck several times each day before I was comfortable.

I bought this just a week ago and after using it only twice, my neck and chest are red and I have terrible hives. I was so excited to read that it was hypoallergenic, but it certainly isn’t something I’ll be able to continue to use.

I really liked this at first. I used it for about a week and a half, but then I broke out in red, itchy, hives all over my neck. I haven't used it for a few days and the rash will not go away. It's driving me insane. No clue what ingredient I'm allergic to, but it's the only thing I was only using on my neck.

This product made my skin very red and itchy! I used it for two nights and had the same result. Also, the label is unclear and doesn’t state what ingredients are in it. I might have made a better decision when choosing this product if I knew what was in it.

This firming neck and chest cream does what it says. It is very moisturizing and smooth. When applied, you only need a tiny dime sized amount. There is no scent and it doesn’t leave any residue. I bought this specifically because I’m a side sleeper and every morning I wake up with deep creases on my chest. I apply it every night before bed, however it says it can be used both morning and night. Great product! I’ve purchased at least 3 times.
