The Very Hungry Caterpillar's ABC by Eric Carle (Board Book)

Still haven’t received and it’s been over 2 weeks!

Eric Carl, you can never go wrong. He’s a fantastic writer and the kids all enjoy them kids of all ages. I should say thank you

This book is cute illustration wise but some of the animal choices for the letters could’ve been a lot better, simpler & easier for toddlers. Although they can’t fully pronounce some words, some of the choices picked for the letters like narwhal for N, quetzal for Q, Unicorn for U, etc. which are much more challenging for a toddler age to pronounce/repeat when reading this to them. Also I thought some letters were missing & seen that on other reviews, the pages get stuck together! All the letters are there.

I want to love it, but horrible for teaching littles their sounds as the word selected for E is eagle and U is unicorn, both long vowel sounds.

I got this book for a fun way to help teach my boy his ABCs. It’s a super cute book but the letters are lowercase not uppercase.

Great book my favorite is the Q for quetzal

I alwasy purchase this book when I go to a baby shower and are asked to bring a book. I also bought this fro my granddaughter and bought the kit with caterpillars so she could witness the books story as it unfolds. Fun graphics and bold bright colors - and it wass a great value at only $5.00 dollars

Exactly what you would expect from the world of Eric Carle…the cutest characters and bright, textured colors! Great illustrations and good quality book.

Missing the letters l and m

This was a last minute gift for my students. They are always wanting to take mine home.

This board book is a kids classic! My kids had this book 30 years ago when they were wee ones. I purchased this copy for my great-nephew, and am making him a quilt to match. The author’s use of vibrant colors is very stimulating for a baby.

Colors go right with the very hungry caterpillar. My 4 year old autistic son loves the book and since the ABCs book follows the same pattern it's easier for him to relate it to the book and I get an easier access to help him with his alphabet

This is one of my 19 month old’s favorite books. We read through it at least 3 times every day. We have ordered a second copy so we have one in the living room as well as his bedroom.

My daughter is 14 months and she loves this book. Her dad reads to her every night and sounds out the words. Great book.
