Awful!
Since they changed the Swiffer 360 dusters I've used for years so that they no longer collect dust, I gave the 180's a try. They are useless in my opinion. They don't fluff with a shake as the old 360's did. You have to pick apart each strand by hand, and then they still don't fluff. I dusted a nightstand, and the dust collected at the end of the nightstand, and the Swiffer was clean. Otherwise, they move dust, not collect it. At this point, I'm so disgusted with Swiffer. I was willing to pay the high price for the dusters because they worked so well and saved a lot of cleaning time. I won't buy them again. If this is the new "quality" of their product, I'll opt for an off-brand and save myself the money. It saddens me to have to write such an awful review.

I have been using swiffer products for years. I find they work really well at collecting the dust. I have cats and they can stir up the dust and the swiffer dusters comes in handy. They clean the surface with just one swipe. The size is perfect for storage. I use them in hard to reach areas. Excellent product.

Swiffer Dusters have made cleaning so much easier. I love how they capture the dust and trap it so dust is not flowing around the room. It’s so easy to use even my kids can help clean. You ruined a great product…
I used these all of the time for dusting in between deep cleaning - loved them! Then you had to go and change them. They’re terrible now. Those beads do nothing, but make the ends clump together and who wants them dragging across their nice furniture to begin with? Why do you people always choose to screw up a good product?

I have been using the Swiffer Dusters Cleaner Refills unscented, and they have honestly made dusting so much easier in my house. I love that they’re unscented no fake fragrance floating around, just clean air after I’m done. That’s really important for us since strong smells can be overwhelming. The quality is great too. The fibers actually grab and hold onto dust instead of just pushing it around, especially on shelves, blinds, and baseboards. They’re super convenient for quick clean ups during the week. I can dust the tv stand , ceiling fan, and even those hard to reach corners in just a few minutes. The refills are durable enough to last through a full round of cleaning before I need to toss one.

In a house with 3 big dogs, a kiddo who is in and out all day, a husband who’s a firefighter and brings the dust in with him—these things are great. They keep the dust from flying everywhere as you glide it across the surface, and it leaves nothing behind! It’s the only way to dust.
