  • A: Hi. Yes, the hydrocolloid was in the middle part that you need to put directly on the blister, around it is the adhesive to secure it and provide protection to your blister.

Fast effective healing

This is my honest opinion and experience with the band aid hydro seal for blisters. The product exceeded my expectations by far for coverage and help with wound healing. I noticed at the end of use all of the pus was on the bandaid and my would was healed and not red with irritation as well. This is a must have in every household.

Great for blisters

I have pretty much transitioned exclusively to hydrocolloid bandages because they just work so much better for things like blisters and deeper scratches or wounds. These heel bandages are effective and help protect open wounds, keeping them clean and protected from friction, etc. These tend to wash off in water so you do have to replace them frequently but they make all the difference when you're wearing shoes with a blister. They are reasonably priced for the number you get, and the performance is superior, so I would highly recommend these.

Great going on, gross coming off

The good: These really do protect and cushion the cracks or raw spots on heels. They do help with the pain. The bad: They don't come off like a Band-Aid. They come off as a gooey gummy mess that feels disgusting. So, if you need the cushioning, these are good. Just be aware of how they come off, especially if you're at all sensitive to textures.

Not worth the money

Half of it fell off as soon as I took my first shower the second day I wore it. I tried again and again half of the bandage fell off in the shower.

Love it !

Bought these due to blisters from new shoes and I really like them. Regular bandaids were unhelpful but these were amazing. Would buy again, only thing is they did not last several days or even an entire one on the first time use. One of them came half off in the shower.

A necessity for long days!

After a long day in the hospital in new shoes, these were an absolute lifesaver! Glad to have them always in my bag for all day wear. Band-Aid is my original brand, I can’t trust anyone else with my heels!

(no review title)

I had a burn from oven and later got blisters. I had to work so i was worried and was suggested by pharmacist to cover it with band aid. But, when i dod so it broke the blisters. So, I am confused now whether I should keep it or remove it. It has created a white spot. But, still i have a little pain.

What a relief!

What a relief! The cushion Bandages from the brand Band-Aid are amazing and are such an advanced product to have in every household first aid kit. The gel bandages are waterproof, and super soft, they not only protect the blister wound they also heal the wound and support renewing the skin process. I do get blisters on my feet often and I always have a few of the products in my purse, each of them are individual packed which is a big plus. The instructions and all the information about how to use it are on the package clear present. I would recommend it.

Absolute Waste of Money. Do NOT buy!

I bought these 2 weeks ago while I was on holiday. These are the WORST blister band-aids I have ever used. 100% NOT waterproof. After applying a fresh band-aid it comes off within 15 minutes of swimming or half comes off when showering. I had to reapply new ones multiple times a day. Mind you only 4 or 5 band-aids come in a pack. When trying to remove the band-aid it rips off whatever skin has grown back leaving it an open wound again.

DO NOT BUY

The messiest bandaid to remove. The special gel in the center heated up against my skin and melted, creating this thick sticky nightmare stuck to my blister. Gently removing it still opens the wound again, so now I am back where I started if not worse in the healing process. Just get generic regular bandaids. Very messy and disgusting and painful.

They do work as promised, but there’s risks

It does stick well, and the ‘bubble’ cushioning is a neat way to protect a wound from getting bumped. The other thing the ‘bubble’ cushioning is great at? Disguising infection. When there’s already a bump in the band-aid, you might be like me. Excited that it’s working! Then you start feeling a little off and lo and behold, my heel is growing things that it shouldn't. This product highlights its ability to stay on for days, but sometimes you’ve got to let a blister breathe. So, it might work for some, but use precaution.
