This house was larger tha. I was expecting. When the box arrived I realized shoot its big. Seems to be made well. We use 1:12 size dolls for the house. It does have some furniture. So far my daughter likes it.

Its cute but...
The house quality itself is wonderful however mine came with the right side completely flipped so I had to drill my own holes in order to get the house together, even then I was given a side with windows for the right side where the chimney is and just shows it right through the window. Not sure if that is how it was to be but instructions did not show that side to have windows. Overall I got it put together and is so adorable, but for the price paid I would expect the pieces to arrive correct.
