Just died completely less than 2 years old

Needs larger panel numbers; Can't see them good since they are so small plus the panel buttons need to be lit up. A nice blue, green or orange clock would be great instead of plain white.

Much better than old black decker microwave that was peeling and rusting inside. It got too hot and dripped with moisture. This new panasonic microwave does not get too hot and does not get too much moisture inside. Heats up food quicker and better than the old microwave. I like the many vents inside that helps it not get too hot. Easy to wipe out. Turntable does not rub like my old microwave. I wish I would have had this microwave years earlier instead of having the bad black and decker microwave that I wanted to take outside and shoot it.

The delivery was right on time I recently upgraded my kitchen I have a cabinet design just for a small microwave this one fits perfectly

I'm giving this 4 stars because this is a good microwave that could be better if you would add a light to the display panel for night use. I can't see anything on the panel without turning on my kitchen light. With that said, it is great otherwise.

Count on it lasting no longer than 2 years. Mine's become mechanically loud and smokes from behind the screen on the right--just like the reviewers said who have had this microwave longer than a few months. Now I have to get a new one (but definitely a different brand). Do not buy, as there are more reviews like mine--from many other sources, than there are positive reviews. Consumer Reports was dead wrong this time.

Nice little microwave - very quiet, easy to operate. Good value for money.

The microwave itself works well, but we've only had it 2 months and the covering over the Start and Quick 30 seconds buttons is already worn through and puckered

I would like to say I was not going to buy this microwave because of the negative comments but I’m glad I did purchase it, the panel you can see, and the clock it is bright enough to see I don’t know why people put negative comments on this product. It’s a very nice microwave.

Works fine and is quiet but the touchpad is so dark I can't see it unless I turn on an overhead light or shine a flashlight on it.

First Panasonic microwave I brought home the turn table in the bottom of the oven (spinning glass plate) made a grinding noise and would stop and start moving during the cooking cycle. The noise was clearly coming from the gears that make the plate spin but still I reset the glass plate and the little round circle with the wheels multiple of time to no avail. So I took it back to Target and ordered a new one. As for the second one, about half the time after you set the time and then press Start, nothing happens (oven doesn't start; it just sits there). Unplug the microwave, plug it in to try to reset and no change. Ditto with opening the door and closing it. So this one is going back to Target too (Target has been great!!!) but this time I will not reorder. Clearly the quality control during the time these were manufactured was not up to what it should have been.

I love this microwave! The size of it is perfect. i purchased this to down size to a smaller microwave from a HUGE one we used to have. It definitely met my expectations. Love the Black Stainless Steel it goes with my other appliances. And you can't beat the price.

I will preface this review with the fact that there are two adults and 3 children at my home and we use the microwave frequently for a lot of different reasons. My first thing that I noticed was how bright and easily readable the screen is on the front. The time was really easy to set as well. The size of the microwave is a little smaller than I like but would be perfect for a dorm room or smaller kitchen/apartment. I have used this microwave for over a month and reheated food, cooked food and cooked popcorn in it the most, it has done all well. It cleaned pretty easily by just putting a bowl of water with some vinegar in the microwave to steam and then wiped out clean. It looks pretty sleek on my countertop and fits well with my other black appliances. Overall a very nice microwave.

I love this little microwave. It fits perfectly on my counter top. It's pretty and sleek and just what I needed for my medium sized kitchen. I like all of the presets on the screen. It makes cooking fast and even easier!

This is a nice little microwave! My other microwave/vent hood is larger and more roomy. However, I do not notice any difference in performance between my 1100 watt and this 900 watt. It fits great on my counter top, too. I don't like that the interior light only comes on during cooking time. Overall, it is very nice! I am pleased with it!

This Panasonic microwave a decent contender for a small kitchen. Its biggest selling feature, in my opinion, is its attractive appearance. The sleek black structure with a hint of stainless steel, combined with a white LED display panel looks classy and modern -- easily suggesting a higher price point than is actually set. The concept of 'auto cook' settings with the ability to detect cook times is a neat function, though I'm still gauging the success of the feature. It needs to be said that the microwave is quite small, and that comes with the obvious issue of limited capacity. Also, because it's such a lightweight unit, simply pushing the 'open door' button often caused the entire microwave to slide on the countertop. I'm not that strong! It's just that the microwave is a bit too easy to move. One of my biggest complaints, though it may sound petty, is that the interior light only illuminates when the microwave is running. Attempting to pull a piping hot bowl out of the microwave in a low-light situation is just asking for unfortunate accidents. That seems like a significant oversight for something that otherwise could be at the top of its class. Bottom line: if this item is to furnish a college apartment or 'first home' scenario, it's a decent contender. Anyone else may wish to consider finding something bigger, and with more features.

This microwave does exactly what you would expect a microwave to do, it is very durable, just know it’s a little on the small side
