My absolute FAVORITE liquid eyeliner, I would give it more than five stars if I could. The brush makes it easy to apply smoothly and the consistency is smooth but fast drying. The color is dark enough that I don’t have to worry about it not showing up well, and it stays put until I’m ready to remove it.

Easy to use
Another great physician formula product that I feel has slid under the radar. The only thing I’d say is that it isn’t super long wearing. It does smudge very slightly but in terms of comfort, it does a great job. Doesn’t leave my eyes irritated or dry and it looks pretty on. I do love that you can also easily remove the product without scrubbing.

Sad it dried up so fast
Sadly even though I like the formula of the product and the brush and even the color, it dried up so fast. I could only use it for a month or two and I didn’t even use it very often. Glad I purchased it on sale. It would be perfect if it didn’t dry up because it lasted all day and was easy to apply.

Not Waterproof at All
This eyeliner does not work for droopy or hooded eyes. The entire line transfers to the upper lid and smudges under the eyes, and it is not waterproof or even sweat‑resistant. I live in Southern California, and the heat melts the eyeliner within minutes. I have to clean it up to five times a day and reapply it. It’s practically new and already drying out, so I had to buy another one. This is one of the worst eyeliners I’ve used in a long time, and I don’t recommend it. This is an ultra‑fine liquid eyeliner marketed as waterproof and long‑lasting. In real use, it smudges easily, fades quickly, and does not hold up to heat or sweat.

BEST liquid liner
One of the best eyeliners I’ve ever tried. The felt tip is very flexible and soft. I’ve been using it since 2016 and never switched up. It’s the blackest eyeliner and waterproof on top of that. It last long all day and creates the best eyeliner wing in my opinion. Easy to remove and you shake it a little and apply it on nicely. Very pigmented never had an issue with bleed from the pencil. I hope they never discontinue it. I always buy in pack of 2. It does not compare to any liner out there. Back in the day they did say it was a dupe of KVD eyeliner but honestly this one’s amazing too. I’ve had both. Give it a try!

I finally found a good felt-tip eyeliner pen.. it is not waterproof, but it lasts all day. It is not shiny! Not runny! The thinness of the tip, material, and the weight of the pen overall is very good in the hands to give you good control when using it. Im in love with it that i want to use it every day. (Im used to only using liner or winged on weekends of special ocasiones)

This is one of the only liquid eyeliners I've ever used. So easy to apply and doesn't smudge easily. If you're not good at eyeliner this is the best one to start out with. The tip is very fine and easy to draw out your cat eye.
