Green, stinks and tastes bad
They are a greenish color. They break apart a lot. They smell strong. Kind of like chemicals. And tastes like chemicals with a little bit of flavor. I bought the sample pack and they were all nasty and looked the same greenish color.

I was skeptical about these but they actually taste so good! They are a soft texture and the chocolate chips are delicious! I’m not sure I noticed an increase in supply right away but I did notice my milk appearing to be more rich and with time my supply did increase. I’m happy with the ingredients as well.

These cookie bars or whatever you wanna call them dried my milk up completely! Please be aware!! They taste good, but they are doing the opposite of what I bought them for. Now I have to figure out how to undo the damage.

Dry and caused stomach pain
These lactations bars are expensive, super dry, hard to choke down but worst of all they gave me a really bad stomach ache. Really a bummer considering the price. I did not notice any change in my supply after eating these either. They are an overpriced grosser version of a cliff bar

I had ordered the subscription since it was a great price. You really get what you pay for. It took 2. 5 weeks to arrive. I cancelled my subscription and will be purchasing elsewhere. I understand shipping was free but come on 2. 5 weeks. The bars are good but i wont be waiting.

Flavor wasn’t bad. Was somewhat filling. Didnt give me or my baby gas. Didn’t help (or hurt atleast) my supply either. Ate one with 30 oz or water and saw no increase in my supply.

Literally Made me throw up. .
I gave these a try and 3 separate times I ate them I ended up throwing up 3-4 hours afterwards. I gave them multiple tries due to the fact I didn’t realize it was the common denominator in my bathroom woes… the 3rd time I ate one I could barely choke down 2 bites before the taste made me immediately nauseous. . I don’t care if these guaranteed to quadruple my milk supply we all know a nursing mom can’t afford to be sick in the bathroom— it was awful. I’m disappointed in the amount of money I spent on these and now I’m stuck with a whole subscription amount. im even afraid to use my protein powder now bc its the same ingredients.
