The quality of this toilet paper is very poor. As soon as I opened the package, I noticed the surface was covered with lint, almost like a sweater that has started to pill. Unfortunately, since I had already opened it, I couldn’t return it. I definitely do not recommend buying this product.

When it comes to excessive lint there can be two causes. First, the softness is directly related to the amount of lint; meaning, the softer the toilet paper, the more lint there will be. The second cause is lint builds up on paper manufacturing lines. In this case, we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint in an attempt to reduce the chances of it happening. Having medical issues of hemorrhoids and lichen sclerosis, this is the only toilet paper my family will use. We even bring it with us on vacation, car trips and to the cabin. For me, the limited scent is important so I don't get irritation. I will not buy another brand.

I not like your new wavey cut of easy tear tissue. You say sustainability is your desire and with this new wave easy tear cut, you are defeating the amount of tissue area that can be available by 12%. This is an engineering misjudgment and should to be changed back to a straight 90 degree cut allowing maximum user friendly working area. I like your product but the old way is in this case, the best way. Thank you.

Look i know its pricey but to me its worth it. I tried the warehouse brand and quickly changed back. Its thick, strong and most important soft. They have a new feature where the perforation is wavy so that it evenly breaks off. Nice feature but wasn't necessary. No scent but it does leave some dust. I deal with it because I love this TP.
