    Product ok so far. Customer service at OXON Hill location poor. Lady at pickup counter rude and condescending. I told her I didnt see bar code. She tells me its there then ask for ID. Helped another person while I'm looking then I pull out ID because I still couldn't find it. This back and forth took about 10 minutes until she decides to shiw me on phone. IShe could have taken my ID in less than 5 minutes she could have been done. She was acting like a butt.

    Last 4 months

    It worked well for a very short time. The packaging states that this bulb will last 22.8 YEARS based on 3 hours/day. Even if it was on 9 hours/day, it should have lasted 7.6 YEARS. Instead, it lasted 4 MONTHS 3 WEEKS. So much for quality control. What a waste of money.

    On the box it says 22.8 year lifespan if used 3hrs per day. We had ours on for at least 8-10 hrs a day and would have expected at least 5 year lifespan. The bulbs started going out between 1-2 years.
