I love the smell of this shampoo, it is nice. However, it does not lather well at all for me and on top of that, it leaves my hair feeling so greasy! Extremely harsh, hair melting off my head.
I have 100% natural undyed hair, zero heat, no hair sprays or anything harsh. Had been using their biotin shampoo to save money and it seemed fine for a while butnoticed quite a bit of damage and dryness, fine but needed more trims than usual. Switched to this and within like 2 washes my hair started coming out in clumps. It took me 2 weeks to figure out it was the shampoo. I've stopped using it, switched back to the expensive stuff and it's significantly better but still have hair falling out. Stay away from THIS shampoo. If you insist on using this brand for ethical reasons use the biotin one instead. Breakage and split ends are so much better than hair falling out in massive alarming amounts. I've had to cut my hair to the second longest layer to try to mask the thinning.

So good!
My hair gets so tangly and knotty in the drier months. This saves me! After I condition and use a hair mask, i get out of the shower and incorporate this into my hair and it truly makes it so much easier to brush my hair and keep out the knots. Also I love the ingredients!

Not for senstive skin
This shampoo broke me out in hives.. If you have sensitive skin I would avoid.. I had no idea my skin was sensitive but after using this product my skin did not like it nor did my scalp it was so itchy.. So just be careful if you can do a skin test I would before using the product

I was struggling to find a shampoo that made my hair feel soft and bring back my natural waves after I had colored it. The moisturizing shampoo/conditioner did just that. My hair is sooo soft and shiny. My hair was so hard to brush, especially when wet, but my brush slides through my hair so easy now. 10000/10 recommend. Others have commented that it leaves hair with buildup, I think that just depends on how thoroughly you rinse it. I haven’t had that issue. My hair was getting oily faster (after 2-3 days) but the good outweighed the bad in my opinion. I’ll take more hair wash days over dry, breaking hair. Before and After below

Do not get this shampoo. I have stick straight hair, medium thickness. My bestfriend is a hairstylist and she said that I have so much buildup in my hair from using this product...My hair gets so oily prematurely as well. I'm very sad. Not worth it

Ruined my hair
This literally ruined my hair! I’ve never ever had anything like this happen! My hair is all natural! Never use heat ever! This made my hair look like it’s bleach fried! It’s literally falling out and breaking off at the ends! I’ve used the cheapest to the best products but never anything like this! The worst part is I bought it for my 9 year old daughter but thankfully I used it first!!!
