I agree with the reviews saying this is not good quality. I would say if I’d purchased this for $20 then I’d be happy with what arrived. But for $60, this is just not worth it. It’s very flimsy where you place your foot to ride the scooter. My 4 year old niece is too big to use it without fear of it snapping. I usually don’t write reviews but beware that if you want to use this from kid to kid through the years it won’t last. The kids will love it of course but that doesn’t make it worth the buy if you’re looking for longevity.

To be honest, I bought this product thinking it would be of better quality. I have to say that the wheels are flimsy, and the section that converts into a scooter is very thin, so I don't think it will last long for my kids. I believe I made a bad investment.

This is the best thing that I have bought for my daughter! She absolutely loves riding along, pushes to walk and is close to walking on her own because of this scooter. We will get a lot of longevity out of it, too. The three stages work exactly as described for babies learning to walk. Also, we have dance parties to the music. The tunes are MUCH better than other brands’ music, which can be loud and abrasive. While the songs do get stuck in your head, they are much more pleasant to hear on repeat. I cannot say enough good things about this scooter! The only request I would make of Skip Hop is to give us a four song rotation instead of two. 😉

Terrible my daughter has face planted too many times to count, very dangerous, no type of support in the back the entire thing flips whether they are sitting or using it as a scooter. Very poor design. It is going in the trash!!!

Waiting for birthday
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my grandson's 1st birthday. Have been very impressed with this brand so far. Can't give it 5 stars yet because it is still in the box. Have not gifted this yet, but really like how versatile this toy is and how it "grows" with the child. I'm sure he will enjoy it!

Amazing, Highly Recommend!
This ride-on has been my daughter's favorite toy for a solid 3 years. My sister-in-law bought it as a Christmas gift after having bought one off her kids when they were younger, as well as multiple cousins. I came back to the site to purchase two for my twin nieces and thought I'd leave a review. From sitting down for a scoot to standing and pedaling, my girl has absolutely loved this thing. I'm going to be bummed when she ages out of it.

Not safe-flips forward
Notice that a lot of the 5 star reviews are from people who received this toy at a discount, if not for free. Within the first week of our 15 month old riding this thing he flipped into his face 4 times. To the trash.

Perfect scooter!
We take this scooter everywhere! Perfect gift for my 1 year old! She gets out of bed and goes straight to her scooter and rides it all day! I love that it will grow with her as she gets older!!
