I legit use for my eyebrows!

My husband buys this for his hair and suggested I use it on my eyebrows, as I use to die them. And I am so happy I did. Dying it was more expensive and more harsh on my eyebrows. I can shampoo them, clean it up around, leave on for 5 min and wash off. Do that once a week and my ghostly blonde eyebrows have a natural brown tint. Only downside is once the shampoo turns brown then it's effectiveness seems to wear off. But if you go through it quickly, it won't matter much.

Right the first time!

I've been using Just for Men for many years.. recently I tried a few other brands I got on the internet. Boy was I disappointed! They never color my hair the way I liked it, and it would wash out really quickly, and it never looked natural. So I ended up back with Just for Men and I haven't been disappointed yet!

Noticeably weaker results, recently

I've used this product for about 9 years. Until a few months ago, after every use my hair was noticeably a little darker (less grey). I was able to maintain my desired hair color with two applications of Control GX per week. With my most recent two bottles (tubes), the reduction of grey is almost imperceivable to my dissatisfaction. Makes me wonder if JFM has intentionally weakened GX in order to increase frequency of use and sales revenue.

No longer a Grey Day....

I have been using Just for Men hair and beard shampoos for years now. Hair treatment can be so complicated sometimes. Just for Men has simplified the process, much appreciated! As is the gradual process of hair colour change as opposed to a sudden change that draws negative criticism older Males are subject to when they dye their hair to reduce grey and the image of looking old. I consider it Hair Treatment, not just a "Dye Job".

Near complete coverage except on short hair

It does take quite a while to get results but when built up it works really well. The only issue is when I cut my hair then it really shows the grays around the temple area so that is where I need additional coverage. The instructions say to not mix with other dyes but I'd like a more targeted approach to be developed.

Have they fixed it yet??

This used to be such a great product, there's nothing else like it. But I'm sick and tired of wasting money and giving Just For Men one more chance. Does the Q3 2024 product turn your hair orange? Green? Purple? Or have they finally restored the original formula that worked well for years?

Works Great!

Product works as indicated. It is a gradual process as stated. I was a bit skeptical as I have tried many of the leading brands and they do not come close to the "Just for Men Shampoo and Conditioner GX". I used it 2 to 3 times a week, at first. Now, I down to once a week to maintain. It even removes the greys on the side, remarkably! Just purchased another tube. Great product. More than exceeded my expectations.

The New Product doesn’t work!!!

I bought this product and I’m very disappointed; the result is practically nothing. I was only using the Control GX Shampoo with the old packaging, and the result was great. So, this time, I decided to buy the Control GX Shampoo & Conditioner with the new packaging, and I hardly see any results. I thought about buying just the Control GX Shampoo, but I saw a report from someone saying that the new formula is terrible. Did you change the formula of the product?

2 in 1 Color Shampoo

Product works amazingly well. Was a little hesitant at first. I used to sell professional hair color as a distributor for close to 20 years, so there was a lot of doubt going into this. I would say my grays were close to 80 percent and 100 percent on the back of my head. I now have blended to no grays. My hair color today is in fact my natural hair color. The key for me was using the 2 in 1 everyday for 5 days and to leave it on for 5 mins. It’s crazy how well it works when you leave it on longer. I use it two times a week now, and I leave it on for 5 mins. Zero irritation. Great product. But make sure to use gloves as it will stain your hands and finger tips - no big deal, the gloves are cheap. Also, I’m an avid surfer. The color holds up nicely, even after being in salt water for up to 3 hours. Definitely buy this.

Why do you ask people who have had terrible experiences to call that number. They blame a bad batch of product to look good for your viewers on here. The product is crap and made so you need 30 shampoos instead of 3 or 4 from the old product. You have to make this product harder to use on purpose. 300% increase in sales for the same coverage, and the coverage is too dark. Reply directly to me where I can get old product.

Embarrassing

Like most on this site. I used this product for years and it was great. Now some areas are too dark, and some sliver, blue. It’s embarrassing and I,m scared to leave the house. I might have to cut all my hair off and regrow it from scratch with another product. What are you guys waiting for. Go back to old formula and raise the price if you have to. Somehow I think you are making more money with this.

travel size

Curious why the size if 118 ml was chosen? I travel a lot and would like to bring this on the plane with me (I travel light with only a carry-on), but planes have a limit of 100ml for liquids for carry-on. I don't know if the liquid can be transferred to acceptable sized container (or would that cause it to react if it was exposed to oxygen?) Either way please consider issuing it in a travel friendly size of 100ml!
