    Not the same rug as prior

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Forever Vintage Rug in Neutral in a 9x12 size back in 2020 and absolutely loved it, which is why I recently ordered the same rug again in an 8x10. Unfortunately, the new rug looks completely different from both the original rug and the photos online.The new version is much darker and has a strong brown tone, whereas my original rug had lighter, more neutral coloring. Side by side, they do not even appear to be the same rug despite having the same style name and number. I attached a comparison photo. The new rug is on the left and the original is on the right.Very disappointed with the inconsistency and misleading product photos.

    This is the ugliest rug I could’ve imagined. Color is not at all as described and I will NEVER shop with Rugs USA again. Quality is meh as well. I will be telling everyone I know not to shop here.

    Color not as described

    I had this rug in the neutral color for several years and loved it. After some wear, I ordered the same color as a replacement. The new rug is completely different, a dark brown and not the light, neutral gray that the previous rug had been. I’m incredibly disappointed.
