    Why did you change it?!

    I’ve been buying this for years. The old formula had 3 ceramides and glycerin which is moisturizing as its second ingredient. Now there are 2 alcohols right after the water and only 1 ceramide. Also, the added niacinamide which I usually avoid in products because it doesn’t agree with my skin. Why change and good thing for us sensitive skin people who could actually use your product.

    Don't Mistreat Your Customers

    It was fine when the microbbeads were removed. We were warned . But not this. Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate is bad news. I was going to buy your Adapalebe, but I'll get that from somewhere else, too..

    New formula is HORRID

    I have used this product for almost 7 years. This new formula with different ingredients is awful. You didn't even inform people of the change. This one is horrid. It burns, it smells, and it's causing breakouts. Why would you change a product that has worked for so many especially without informing people?

    Terrible formula changed

    Would give zero stars if I could. The formula change is terrible! It is more like a cream than a cleanser and it burns my face terribly and leaves a residue. I have used this product for 11 years and will have to find a new product due to this. There was no label change or anything to make you aware that the formula changed. This first one I sent back and reordered as I thought maybe the bottle was labeled wrong. Poor move in my opinion!

    Ruined what was a perfect product

    They changed the formula and it is now terrible and gives you acne. Feels like greasy lotion and doesn't lather but most importantly it irritates you skin and gives you back your acne.

    Is it supposed to have that smell?

    I just started using this since proactive discontinued one I've used for 15+ years and the first thing I noticed was the strong plastic smell. Is it supposed to smell like that? Otherwise I'm not sure how well it works yet. I seem to be purging right now still.

    Life Saver

    My sensitive skin responds immediately to the cleansing agents in this liquid soap. I feel the ingredients penetrate the acne, removing the heads and leaving the pores ready to heal. With adult acne, I use this cleanser on my chest and back, as well. Within a day, I see my skin heal. My pores around the bridge of my nose explode oil all day. Using Acne Free daily in the summer means I can keep my pores from becoming a big problem even if they wake me in the middle of the night. By morning, I usually don't find any evidence of the pimple. I love this stuff!

    Wonderful product

    I have been using this product for years and it is the only thing that keeps my acne under control while leaving my skin soft. Please do not ever discontinue this. It is the only thing that has ever worked for me.
