I have been a loyal user of the Infallible Powder Foundation for several years and truly love the coverage and finish. It has been my go-to product for a long time. Unfortunately, I have experienced the same issue with nearly every compact I have purchased over the past two years. It often appears that small cracks are already present in the powder, and because of this the compact quickly breaks apart after only a short time of use. This has happened with the last six or seven compacts I’ve purchased. Because the product is not inexpensive, it has become difficult to continue buying it at this rate, even though I really love how well it works. I wanted to ask if there have been any changes to the formula or packaging that might be causing this issue. I would truly like to continue using this product and would appreciate any information or assistance you can provide.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! BREAKS UP SHORTLY AFTER USE! omg I love product - but I can't continue to buy ever again because it breaks up right away!! I've used this for YEARS! BUT loreal changed something & it breaks up now. Never used to. I'm going with a totally different brand because of this. L'OREAL.. pls fix this or you will lose your customer base.

Very disappointed in this foundation powder. I like the coverage but the powder breaks up too fast.This is only after a few times using it. It’s too expensive to use only a few times. I return the one before it because it broke up before I even got to use it. Please make a better product.

I have been using this product for 10 years. The last 3 times I have bought this the compact has broken while the product is still full. It’s makes a giant mess and it is so disappointing. Time to find a new brand.

Infallible 24hr foundation in a powder
I like the product, but I have never finished one before it broke in pieces. I don’t carry it in my purse; it stays in a drawer. I use it sparingly for light coverage. The most recent one lasted only 2 weeks.

Very fallible
Breaks up and falls apart. Can't carry in your purse. My lastest one hasn't left my medicine cabinet. Literally have only used it 5 times, and it just fell out!! I managed to pick up a few large pieces, but the rest are too small and/or wet from the sink!

I love this product a lot. It covers almost all my blemishes however, every single time I get this product, it arrives broken in shipping or if I get it at the store, it ends up breaking itself. It’s to the point that I quite literally just have it in a Ziploc bag in powder form and I just bought another one and it arrived broken in shipping so I returned that and they sent me another one, but it also was broken. Final attempt getting it at the store today fingers crossed it doesn’t break .
