I recently had to take Aleve for an extended period of time under doctor's supervision. I found it to be somewhat effective at lessening my jaw pain, but not really any different from taking ibuprofen. It was nice only having to take them twice a day, though.

I have switched to Aleve when I am hurting. It is effective and lasts most of the day. I really like the liquid gels. I think they’re easy to swallow. I highly recommend Aleve to my family and friends. I don’t have to take as many pills with Aleve like I do other pain killers. It is processed reasonably, compared to other pain relievers.
