Flexible reliable protection
The Always Pure Cotton pads have become a staple for me, and I have purchased them more than I can count. The cotton top layer feels soft and breathable, and the flexfoam material makes the pad incredibly lightweight while still being impressively absorbent. I reach for these often because they stay comfortable throughout the day, no plasticky texture, no irritation, and no bunching. Compared to many other pads on the market, these feel much more flexible and secure, and I really appreciate that they're unscented and made with cleaner materials. They're reliable, comfortable, and easy to wear, which is exactly why I keep going back to them.

Postpartum Must Have
I used these Always Pure Cotton pads, along with some other Always pads, during postpartum, and they were extremely comfortable! I also didn’t experience any issues regarding leakage. Postpartum is a vulnerable enough time already, the last thing women need are pads that are uncomfortable or don’t perform well. I’m glad I can *always* 😉 rely on Always products when I need them most!

Ever since I’ve tried these, I will not go back to any other pad, although they are a little bit pricey at eight dollars, they are so worth it! They are so comfortable! Them being 100% cotton makes them so good for you and your pH balance to! They have never let me down. They’re always my go to! I love the shape of them and how they have the wings making them easy to use at any time! They are not loud and if you aren’t wanting anyone to know, you are needing a pad. These are definitely the ones to go to! I definitely recommend!

The only pad I’ll buy!
I am so shocked at how absorbent this pad is! It feels like it’s barely there, moves perfectly with you and the wings keep it snug as a bug! I got the size one and it has been perfect for me. I’m sure these will be the only pads I buy.

Irritation!!
I’m so tired of so many companies buying out the reviews on websites. I wanted to try these as a more affordable version to the cleaner pads I normally use. But man I was mistaken. They had an interesting chemical smell that was very light but I found it odd since I shouldn’t be smelling anything. These absolutely gave me a bad reaction and I was very itchy even after my period was over . I went to look up the one star reviews that were unpaid and looks like I’m not the only one. These are the furthest thing from “pure”. Even the regular pads this brand makes doesn’t cause me a reaction

Some light stinging but otherwise great soaking ab
The pads are nice and thin so they dont feel like a diaper, however, i do feel some discomfort when I use these mainly due to a but if a stinging feeling. They do have a slight scent to them, which may contribute to the discomfort. The wings are reliable and dont move too much, and the packaging itself doesnt make too much noise in my opinion.

Save your money!
The most uncomfortable pad on the market. While it is more friendly eco/personal wise it is just not worth the “hype”. They do not change shape with you I haven’t found they don’t mold to the body like most. They also shed little fibers off! Would use if i absolutely had to but would not purchase again!

Amazing absorption
I think these pads are amazing. They are pure cotton which makes them breathable and comfortable. They provide wonderful absorbency which os good for heavy days. They are jot made with synthetic plastic which is good for sensitive skin.

Leak proof and breathable
My experience with product is great love the pads with wings and I don't usually wear pads but I like these and use them on my period during the night because I have a heavier flow then. And you can actually breathe in them unlike a lot of pads I have tried in the past and definitely leak proof.
