I really wanted to like this, but the taste is not great and the cereal is so hard. I tried it on top of yogurt and with milk. I didn’t care for either. It has an odd flavor. It is not worth the price.

Texture is fine but the taste is AWFUL. They taste vaguely of cinnamon, but also of regret; the sweetener is weirdly chemical-tasting, with a really unpleasant aftertaste. High price, terrible taste.

The aftertaste of the sweetener is too much to get past. The cereal is good until you get to that part. If I had known it contains monk fruit but the aftertaste just kills it.

I just picked this up tonight for a little quick and easy dinner after a late night at work. Definitely was not expecting it to taste very good full of cinnamon flavor. I loved every bit of it, gluten free, and more importantly no tree nuts. I will definitely pick this cereal up again

When my son was diagnosed with diabetes, I quickly began searching for great tasting low sugar or sugar free snacks and meals. Finding Catalina Cinnamon Toast Cereal was so important for my son. It was an absolutely delicious, healthy substitute for high carb and sugar laden cereals. My son uses the cereal as a handy snack as well as a breakfast cereal. His A1C has been great along with his blood sugar. Thank you for providing this excellent cereal for diabetics and those wishing for a healthier option.

Good taste and a decent proxy of a certain other name brand non-keto cereal, with an unfortunate side effect. Decided to eat a large bowl of this last night for a quick dinner, thinking nothing more than that I quickly needed calories. Today I pay for my hubris. Since arriving at work 3 hours ago I have had to use the bathroom 8 times, I'm not sure what ingredient specifically is causing this issue, but I have no known food allergies, no history of GI issues, and I haven't eaten anything since last night. Needless to say, be ready to clear your calendar so you can glue yourself to the toilet for the next business day after consumption.

Hi there! Our products do contain a good amount of fiber in every serving, depending on the product. If you’re eating more than one serving (like any Catalina fan would!) you may be getting a lot of fiber in one sitting. Though fiber is important to our diets, too much at one time can lead to indigestion. We recommend starting with smaller portions and working your way up to larger servings over the course of a week or so. That is, of course, only after you’ve consulted with a medical professional.

I have this for breakfast with unsweetened oat milk and a little extra cinnamon. The sweetness is subtle. The cereal is very dense. I eat 35-50% less of this than I do standard cereal, and it keeps me full for a long time. I wish it were less expensive.
