Looking to eat healthier. Each bag has 7 servings. The servings are very small, but it takes a long time to eat one serving, because the taste is terrible. Certainly edible, but not something that gets me excited to have brekky. Not something I crave. Would I recommend this item? I guess so, if you need to add more fiber and protein to your diet and don't want sugar. I'd order it again, until I find something better.

Hey there! Our products contain a high amount of fiber and so they should be consumed lightly. If you aren't used to a high amount of fiber, you may experience things like gas, bloating, and cramping.

I don't use this as cereal I sprinkle it on top of yogurt for breakfast or just have it as a snack sometimes just for that little hit of sweet I think it's a good product if you have to watch your sugar intake

Love the improved taste. The original had a strong and off-putting taste that left a greasy feel in your mouth. It wasn't too pleasant or tasty. This new cereal is a bit bland but a lot better tasting. It could stand to be a little sweeter on its own but when added to yogurt with fruit, it is perfect. I love the amount of protein and fiber it has. It would be nice if it wasn't made with high oleic sunflower oil. I would also prefer that it used Allulose instead of Stevia. Compared to most cereals, this is more health-conscious but very costly!

70% give it 5 stars? But 43% recommend it? Not consistent and I believe the lower number more. I certainly do not recommend it. Sampled it dry and it had a lousy aftertaste. I thought maybe it would be better with milk. No. Just as bad and still hard as a rock even after a long time in the milk. A whole bag of this stuff went in the trash.

I think they changed the recipe. It seems thinner and crispier. It used to hold up in milk but still had a soft crunch, but now it tears up the roof of my mouth which is a complaint I have with a lot of gluten free cereal.

The flavor has changed and my recent purchase will be my last. I bought this first a LONG time ago and oh my god it was my favorite cereal in the WORLD. Purchased it again this week and I’m forcing myself to finish it. The flavor and texture is totally different and not what I remember. I love the concept but I think the flavor and recipe needs to be revisited. I hope something changes otherwise I’ll be going to other brands.

The flavor was so-so. My biggest problem was how dry it was! I drowned it in milk and still needed to drink a glass of water with it. Also, it’s dang expensive for a small bit of cereal. I won’t be buying it again.

I really wanted to like this, but the taste is not great and the cereal is so hard. I tried it on top of yogurt and with milk. I didn’t care for either. It has an odd flavor. It is not worth the price.
