Such an adorable game, nice quality wood pieces. It's fun to play the game, and my three year old likes acting out stories with the animals as well. I do wish the tin was a bit smaller, though, it seems excessively large for the contents.

This is a fun game! The tin is cool but I wish it were a bit smaller to maximize space on our game shelf.

This was a gift for a 9 year old. She and her 12 year old sister both enjoyed playing. The piece are very cute, brightly colored and large enough that they can be easily held. The rules are simple and easy to follow. The children enjoyed placing the pieces in the silliest ways. When not stacking pieces the 9 year old had fun playing with the pieces. I would highly recommend this toy.

My six year old could manage pretty well but the four year old had trouble. The set doubles well for pretend play though, they had a ball doing that. Good quality materials.

I got this gift for my 4 and 2 year old niece and nephew who both have December birthdays and do little presents over a month. Both were able to balance the animals and had a fun time with the cute winter shapes. The tin is a nice touch!

The pieces were incredibly well thought out and thus creates a challenging shape analysis as you are stacking. Quick, challenging, fun and very well produced. What more can you ask for? Oh, a discount. Haba has that too. Well done!

We take turns trying to stack an animal to see how high we can get them. This game is nice because you or your kid can play with it alone or with friends. My oldest son will sit at our table trying to get them all stacked by himself and it’s a nice game that doesn’t require a screen! Overall a fun easy to play game that everyone can play and understand quickly. Excellent quality as these are wooden pieces and have held up extremely well.

The tin the game comes in is adorable and great quality. However, the game peices itself are TINY. The tin is grossly large in comparison. The pieces could all fix in a sandwhich baggie they're so tiny. It's a fun and cute game, but with such small pieces it almost makes it difficult to play.

After understanding the rules and regulations of how to play the game… My family and I had a blast; this will be part of our Christmas tradition moving forward. My 12-year-old enjoyed the strategic maneuvers he needed in order to win the game. As a mom I love the fact that we were laughing and building memories with such a simple but unique game. I always feel so good about purchasing their items and I love to give them as gifts! The Animal Upon Animal Christmas Version Wood Stacking Game is just loads and loads of fun for all ages. We play a lot of games, and this one is our favorite. The kids love to stack away, and we adults love to play too. The pieces are beautifully made and wonderfully colored, The directions are simple, fun, and will entertain your kids for hours. It also teaches some dexterity, as well. Although this is a Christmas theme, you can play it all year round, and I don't think your kids will let you put this one away! It's simply too much fun to only use around the holidays! I enjoy seeing my kids concentrate as they try to stack the animals up. And, I love their laughter when either Mom or Dad knocks it down. The pieces come in this very nice tin, which makes it a beautiful Christmas gift. It's just an all around perfect toy for all ages! We love it!

Instructions are super easy to understand. I like that the pieces are wooden (I’m trying to get away from plastic toys and have more wooden ones in the house). The only thing I would change is to make the animal pieces larger, they seem so small!

The wood pieces aren't too small and they are sturdy so when we play this with our older son, we don't have to worry that our toddler picks up the pieces too.
