Perfect for knee therapy!

I am recovering from a knee replacement and this is Exactly what I need. My PT recommended this adjustable platform (4 in, 6 in and 8 in). I’m still on 4 in height, but it is strengthening my thigh and knee to prepare for actually walking down stairs normally!
