Good quality
Good value. I wanted a cleansing oil that wasn’t primarily sunflower oil.

Doesn't dissolve well
I wanted to try the bottle version, instead of scooping out the purple ginseng one. This is a good texture and my very dry skin doesn't dry out, especially with double cleansing. I don't know if it's my make-up products, but it doesn't wash out the [mineral] sunscreen well or my mascara (Essence NON-waterproof) AND TO BE CLEAR this is with double cleansing. My mascara was still present and my sunscreen was pilling than dissolving. The purple ginseng was better but I still had make-up residue

Disappointing
Struggling with this. The texture is fun to use and it technically does remove makeup but it leaves the most residue of any cleansing oil or balm I've tried. I always do a double cleanse when I wear makeup + spf. Even after my second cleanse with my go-to cleanser, I have residue of this oil on my face and have to then do a third cleanse. I have such sensitive and reactive skin that I can't afford to use something that won't thoroughly wash off easily. I wish I didn't wait so long to try this otherwise I would have returned it while I could have. It's the only Naturium product I've used that's disappointed me.

Not my favorite
I love naturium but this product is not my favorite. The consistency is too thick and when I rub in in between my hands it doesn’t get that slick slippery feeling to easily rub on my face. It feels like a thick sticky goo that I would have to tug my skin on to rub it around.

Gel to oil to milk cleanser is “The Balm”
This cleanser feels so nice and removes all traces of makeup. A lot of brands are making these types of cleansers with an enormous price tag. I love this one for the price, the texture and the efficacy. Why would I shop anywhere else?

Not good
Nothing like a makeup removing balm. This comes out as a gel and with the warmth from your skin turns into an oil. It didn’t remove my waterproof mascara and left an oily film on my skin.

Over priced for what you get
As someone who has oily skin after wearing make up, I didn’t enjoy how it left my skin feeling clogged and oily. It left a thin layer of residue on my face and didn’t take my mascara off. It smears my mascara vs cleaning it off and my mascara isn’t waterproof.

Lovely texture; not drying.
Very nice texture and doesn’t dry out my mature/sensitive/dry skin. Doesn’t remove eye makeup as well as I’d hoped. I’m pretty minimalist and probably won’t repurchase, just because it requires a second cleanse to remove all traces of mascara & eyeliner.

Disklike texture/consistency
This product is so thick. It takes a long time to warm it to a smoothable texture between your hands, and does not emulsify or turn white when you add water, so there’s no way of knowing when it’s completely washed away

Not worth the money
This is okay at best. Super oily and doesn’t remove makeup easily and after washing it off it will leave an oily residue on your face in. The squeeze bottle is nice and the only reason why I decided to buy.

I feel like I have to use so much...
I really don't like the feel of this product. I can barely feel anything on my face. It feels like I have to use so much of it to feel anything. Perhaps that's just a preference of mine but if I'm removing makeup or SPF, I want to feel the product I'm using working. I don't get that with this.

Ineffective makeup remover
I used almost an entire tube of this as my first cleanse. Toward the last few uses I decided to test its effectiveness with a micellar water soaked cotton pad after thoroughly cleansing. So. Much. Makeup. Came. Off. And I’m not a newbie to the cleansing process nor do I wear heavy makeup. I was willing to tolerate the off-putting texture and the oily residue left behind, but since it didn’t even remove makeup I had to toss the remainder. Looks like it was my second cleanse product that whole time that was actually removing the makeup. I prefer their balm in the purple tub compared to this. I will not repurchase despite the convenient tube. I like a few Naturium products but this one is a pass.

Love this!
I love this cleanser! It is not as messy as jar balms and better for travel I think. It’s amazing at dissolving and my skin - 53 y o and very dry - loves this.

Underrated powerhouse in Balms
This melting balm is beating every other balm at drugstore. I have tried all the others and this just continues to outperform them. It does remove waterproof mascara. Just taking a few extra seconds to actually warm it up makes the oil transform to thinner Consistency that glides effortlessly on the face. It does emulsify and your makeup comes off. This is part of my daily double cleanse routine.

Decent Make-Up Remover
The product comes out as a really thick gel and you have to warm it up in your hands then it becomes an oil but it's still SUPER thick. It does the job at removing makeup but it does not remove mascara as easily as other oil cleansers I've used. The product leaves behind a film on the skin after rinsing that is not pleasant, I feel like I need to wash my face with a stripping cleanser after using this.

Cuts through eye makeup!
This is a great product! It really cuts through the eye makeup, gently, without tugging and pulling cotton pads and liquid remover. A new fave.

Not really an oil
My arms are getting a workout with this. I have to rub my palms together longer than the suggested time to get the gel to eventually turn into a thick oil (the texture actually feels like a thick serum). It does not emulsify once on my face. It’s not creamy at all. Not that great at removing makeup. I also have to wash my face 2 more times with another cleanser to get the residue of this “oil” off.

Perfect for dry skin
I use this as my first cleanse to remove make up and debris. It does a great job taking off mascara and leaves the skin feeling soft and not stripped.

Effective product, but a little too thick!
I like this oil cleanser but still think it needs a little work! the product is hard to break up before applying it to my face! It feels like it’s still on me even after washing it off. I just wash it with my second cleanser twice to ensure a proper wash! Otherwise a great cleanser!
