The matte putty does literally nothing. Doesn't cover pores, doesn’t control oil. The putty just seems to soak into my skin when I put it on. So disappointed, this had such good reviews. The Benefit pore primer works much better!

Simply does not do what it is supposed to do which is fill and blur pores. I could not tell the difference in the appearance of my skin with it on. I expected it to work similar to the Maybelline Baby Skin primer which is blurring, but this is not at all similar.

I bought this last week when I was running low on primer. I just used it this morning, and the results made me say "Wow!" and do a double in the mirror. I applied it after my shower, with just a little bit on my middle fingertip, and applied it all over my face right after my sunscreen. My skin remained matte throughout the entire day, and my skin tone looked even more even. It even soothed the redness that my cheeks. I didn't need three separate primers to cover shine, color correct, treat acne and redness-this did it all! So, if you use a separate primer to suit a bunch of needs, save yourself some money, and buy this one! Just remember that a little goes a long way.

I love this primer and it's currently all I use. It feels so soft on my skin and leaves it smooth for foundation. I don't feel oily or greasy after using it. I haven't noticed anything smudging or moving on my makeup.
