Terrible
Tried this for the first time, incredibly disappointed. My lashes are so clumped together, and it adds ZERO volume. i wish i could add a picture because i look TERRIBLE. Have to redo my whole face because this mascara is the worst ive ever tried. Im a die hard clinique girl and this is a truly disgusting product. ESPECIALLY if you have short lashes.

Lengthens and stays put
This makes my lashes MUCH longer. People sometimes think I'm wearing fake lashes! And it really holds. I can even go swimming in it and it won't come off! This does mean that it's a *tiny* bit of work to take it off, but you don't need to rub or anything. You have to splash your face (or at least your eyes) with very warm water a bunch of times; I would say 10 times. Then you reach up and put your fingers on your lashes and gently pull the clumps off. I used to be worried my lashes themselves would come off, but I have never once pulled out a lash. Again once the warm water is on the mascara actually comes off very easily. Nothing other than very warm water will work; make-up remover will not work.

I use a lot of Clinique products and was excited to try this mascara. Unfortunately it was awful. It clumped up when applying it and then flaked off throughout the day. I returned it for a refund.

Lashes Power - Flaking
I tried this Lash Power and was not happy. It flakes and gets on my face, but even more concerning is it gets in my eyes. I wear contacts, so cannot use. The product advertisement mentions no flaking and safe for contacts. NOT TRUE!

Deceptively small and overpriced for size
This is not a full size mascara like the imaging depicts. It is very overpriced for what it is. You can get a similar product in full size through Thrive Causemetics for a similar price. 2 stars because the mascara itself is good but I wouldn't pay that price.

I bought this because me lashes are thinning with age, especially the bottom lashes. It goes on nicely and seems to stay put, however when I take it off it flakes. SO, still deciding on it!

Clinique did the first tubing mascara. "Lash power" is the best, it was not called tubing mascara back then. The packaging is different now and i do hope that it performs the same way. I was using this 15yrs ago. It was hard to find for a while there but im glad its back!!

My first time using this product. Yes, it does lengthen your lashes but it flakes as the day goes on and is very hard to remove (even using the Clinique - Take the Day Off). Those flakes are stubborn. It is for that reason why I could never recommend this product. One of my first purchases from Clinique was in a long silver wide tube and I think it was called "Dramatically Different Mascara." Why don't you bring that back? - it was GREAT.

Got this after I saw it recommended for not smudging. I have hooded eyes and it doesn't smudge on eyelids or undereyes. The tube is also easy to throw in my purse or pocket. I think there are definitely more dramatic mascaras for more length, but this one is practical for everyday.

Visible Difference
When I use this mascara, I can see a visible difference from before and after. I like how it feels lightweight and really extends the look of my lashes. I've tried to change to an alternative mascara to save money, and had to immediately come back to lash power. I can't remember the last time I was this excited about mascara.

Doesn't remove easily!
Tried this for the first time and am very disappointed. It is supposed to be removed easily with warm water but that is impossible! Even after using Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover twice there was still mascara on my eyelashes. I won't buy this again.

I USED to love it
I used this mascara for a long time-like maybe 10 years. It was the best mascara I had ever used. It was waterproof, smudge proof and easy to remove. I have to disagree with others saying its hard to remove now. I do still think its easy to remove. The wand is the best wand ever and that is still true. And I've taken the wands out from old tubes and use them with other tubes of mascara 😁. But then Clinique changed the formula. This mascara now flakes horribly. For a while i was constantly looking at my face to see if there were any chunks of it on my face-and there always were chunks on my face. I ordered another tube thinking that maybe I bought a defective tube. Sadly, that was not the case. Breaking up with this mascara was horrible but it had to be done. I sure do miss it!

Tears = No Run Marks
Love this mascara! It doesn't move off your lashes when they get wet at all. It comes off easily with soap and warm water. Easy peasy! I took off one star because if it's at all old it will clump on lashes.

Good quality mascara. At the end of the day was no smudge or crumbs under eyes. Brush is so fine that makes easy to apply to bottom lashes. Easy clean up. I would buy again.

Thick clumps on eyelashes
I have bought this product for years only because I can't find a mascara which is better. I have the same problem with every one I buy. First week brilliant then after a week goes thick and clumpy and doesn't apply the same. Spend a fortune. Why can't Clinique do something about this. Costs a fortune buying this product every couple of weeks .
