It has a very nice cooling sensation when put under the eyes. I have used this both on top of makeup and under my makeup, and I like it both ways, I would definitely recommend this to anybody.

The cooling effect is instant and super refreshing, especially in the morning when my eyes are puffy or tired. I love the smooth glide of the balm and how it leaves a soft glow without looking glittery or greasy. Has no scent and It hydrates just enough and sits really well under makeup.

I love the pink tint, I use it under my tarte color corrector and they work very well together. My only gripe is the minty feel, it does feel nice in the morning but it irritate my eye if I get it too close. This also looks cute as a highlighter.

Great pick me up but not ideal for under make up. This eye stick definitely does what advertised - it's cooling, brightens the eyes, and somehow makes you feel more energized. The packaging makes it super easy to use. It's been great for light makeup days where I just put on some cream blush and call it a day, but applying actual make up over it doesn't work too well. It makes the product on top of it pill and my concealer very quickly creased, which usually is not a problem. Overall, good if you don't wear much make up and are looking to wake up your eyes in the morning.

So I tried this on my under eye to try and hide the dark circles for our newborn photo session and I got so many compliments on how I looked so well rested and fresh. It applied with ease and I did not get any strong scent from it, which was nice. I would gladly get more of this to keep feeling beautiful.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eye balm applies smoothly and has a nice simple scent but it doesn't do much. Under makeup I couldn't tell any difference. I tried using it over top of makeup and it helped moisten and refresh my makeup a bit. Overall, I don't reach for this product and I wouldn't buy it again.
