Helped with the change of life.

When going through menopause I found this product and gave it a try after trying several other things. This product made a world of difference. I wish the price was a little less, but it is a good product. I have been taking it for several years. Keeps me level as I go through the change of life.

Best to Buy for the Money

I've been taking SAM-E for years, and I've tried a number of brands and strengths. Doctor's Best has been the best product for the price that I've found. It's my go to brand when I'm buying my SAM-E.

Disappointed

I bought this because it was priced right and I have used a competitor brand for six years with wonderful results. I took the new one for about three weeks and felt like it was working as well, however the first box I opened produced a pill that was soft, brown and wrinkled. It looked like something out of a garbage can. Will not buy again for this reason and will return to my last brand.

Quality product

I've been taking Sam-e for quite some time mainly for my joints, but was happy that it seemed to help my mood as well. I wasn't sure it was working at first until I stopped taking it & noticed a difference.

I have had excellent success with the SAMe, the cost is higher than I had expected, in comparison to other supplements I get from Swanson's, but understandable due to the degredation of the product and having to foil seal each tablet to preserve the integrity of the product.

beneficial to health

I feel this product has many health benefits - joint comfort, cognitive function and liver support. Also, this product does not contain FD&C yellow #5, which I found present in another SAMe product I purchased.
