Straight up garbage
Had these for 2 weeks and both of our *new* Xbox series x controllers stopped working when these were in. Before then, our controllers repeatedly lost connectivity while in-game which was annoying. Anyway, we replaced our controllers with two AA batteries and have not had any connectivity issues since. DO NOT BUY

piece of garbage
the controllers don't fit on the charger properly to charge and the plastic coverings on the back dont fit when the battery is placed inside the controller. the cable length is also so, so short. dont waste your money.

Do not buy
I, like the other reviewers of this product, am having a hard time with it. It is really difficult to get a controller to charge properly on it. I need to find a sweet spot. And sometimes I can't find that sweet spot to get that good charging connection. This product is trash do not buy this controller charging platform.

Horrible, stay away!!!
Worked great for tge first few weeks that i owned it. Now it has become a pain to get my controller to charge. I have to literally clean the connection points on both the controllers and the charging doc with alcohol every 5 days nows or it wont be able to get a good enough connection to the controller therefore wont charge. Having to clean it so often is a bit obsessive. Currently looking for BETTER option

Only charged the first time
Only worked once the charging lights only turned red one time and after that the lights where always blinking white none stop as soon as it was connected and wouldn't change when the controllers were on even if they were completely dead didn't charge either. The only time the lights went red that it was charging was the first time we plugged it in brand new. After that it never charged again. The kids used it until it died since when we purchased them the batteries did have a bit of charge on them. Wouldn't recommend about to return them.

Would Not Buy Again!
Pretty disappointed. Purchased in January 2023. One battery was bad out of the box (would not take/hold a charge...worked for a few minutes after "fully charging"). I reached out to PowerA and didn't get any help with that issue. They don't list a direct replacement battery (although I now see a USB-C dual version on the site). The base is very iffy, you have to get the controller on there JUUUST right for it to charge at all. That seems like a very basic design flaw, too much tolerance in how the controller rests on the cradle vs how large the charging pad pins are. I do see that PowerA has a USB-C version now (or maybe they did back then and I didn't know it...I bought through Best Buy). Since I already have the base, I'll snag a (2) pack of those up so that I have an alternative means of charging and so I can finally switch my second controller over to rechargeable (I have been using regular disposable batteries for the last couple years).

Doesn't charger
Ever since I got it all it does is cause problems. It just flashes orange and then doesn't charge my battery at all. This whole thing is absolutely trash. I'm shocked it has good reviews

Absolutely atrocious
I used the dual charging dock for my Xbox controllers and it was working at first. after like 10 charges it just doesn't charge anymore. don't buy this product. I need a refund. asap. i didn't do anything to the controller so the problem is in the charging dock. do better

only works for a couple of months
i have now bought two of these for my son's xbox controllers and both have stopped working after a few months. most of the time the charging lights don't come on or the lights will just flash - indicating that charging isn't taking place. i rarely leave reviews but its money completely wasted

One of the batteries doesnt even charge
Only one of the batteries works fully and the other came dead. Extremely frustrating and just a waste of money. I would highly not recommend.

I bought this so me and family could game with full charged batteries and a charging doc that will last a year or more but no it lasted maybe 3-4 months and now it won't charge the controllers

Worthless piece of plastic
Did not work after a couple of days. When I moved it to a different plugin, it worked, but only if the controller was positioned *just* right. Most of the time, no lights come on. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Do not buy this. Go to a store that sells only electronics, and then stay away from this brand.

Do not buy
If I could give this one star, I would. We have has this a little over a month and it’s already broken. Target will not exchange or return because it has been 30 days. Compltely disappointed

STAY AWAY
One battery works if you press on it to charge and the other one never worked, both straight out the box. I’m really disappointed, I can’t return and I just bought an Xbox. I overlooked the bad reviews because a lot of people said it worked but trust me, they don’t. do not waste your money. amazon has better ones.

Broke after a week
Worked for about a week, then it just stopped working. The lights wont turn on and it wont charge the batteries, i tried leaving one on overnight and i came back tos till no charge.

way better than disposable batteries
These are great for people who dont want to waste money on disposable batteries. They hold a charge for a couple days depending on how much you use them? if your going to be on it for the whole day, then maybe it would only last a day but you could always put these on the charging port overnight. They charge quick! so if you needed to charge and play right away, it only takes just a few minutes. Id say 30 minutes max. Also, another great thing, is that these dont need t0 be taken out of the controller to charge.
