Q: Does this umbrella come with a stand?

  • A: sheet metal stand intended to BOLT down onto wood deck or concrete. "cross base" will NOT hold the umbrella upright without being bolted down. Better question... is this a WEIGHTED base?

Disappointed

The umbrella itself is large and provides a nice area of shade, but it’s not sturdy. You definitely have to buy stand weights to keep it from tipping over. It will tip over otherwise just by itself. Also, It doesn’t tilt like it’s advertised.

Provides awesome shade for our patio pool

We just set up our above ground pool on our patio and the kids really wanted some shade for the pool during the afternoon when the sun is scorching. This umbrella is perfect for any backyard patio & it’s totally perfect to shade part of our pool on our patio…

Tilt and shade

I purchased this in the summer and it’s exactly what I needed shade wise. It fits perfect on the patio and being able to tilt was so much better. The color and quality are great.

Get what you pay for.

If your looking for a cheap umbrella you found it. It does not tilt and if it does it isn't an easy tilt because I can't figure it out for the life of me. It is not sturdy. Im currently using bungee cords to keep it from flopping around in the slightest breeze. It doesn't have a wrap around closure for when it's not in use as pictured. When I purchased the listing stated it came with a cover as well which it doesn't and has now been removed from the listing. One of the pockets for the ribs came unstiched so it is currently being held together by duct tape and a zip tie. But it shades well.
