Q: After it has run it's desiginated time or turned off, will it go back to the previous selection (for example pink noise) when turned on again? Will the volume be the same when turned back on?

A: The Dreamcenter will keep the same settings when you turn it off and them back on. If it is unplugged or the power goes out, it will them reset back to its original setting.

A: There are currently no companies that make sound machines with Green Noise specifically as an option, it is only available on apps. We would recommend getting a unit like the Dreamcenter that offers multiple "Color" sound options to best suit your needs. The following units below have sounds that are very similar if not mimic the "Green Noise".

So I think this issue is only for people with good hearing and are neurodivergent - in all of the white noise options I can hear other odd noises or even song tones coming through. I've troubleshooted this for weeks and I am certain the recordings of white noise have also recorded other noises that bother me. I can't sleep thinking about what that distant squeaky rattling noise is or why I think I can hear the same bar of music over and over again but could never figure out where it came from, until I turned this thing off and it would magically disappear. Very frustrating because now that I'm sure it's this thing I am probably out of the return window.

This was a must for our newborn as it quickly calmed her at night and nap time. The light was a great feature as well! Loved it so much we got one for a friend who was expecting. Our baby decided on her own when she was done with it. At about 6 months she no longer wanted the sound or night light.

I love that there are multiple sound options and volume settings. You can have the night light on or off, and you can set a timer - or just let it play all night! I bought this as a gift for my partner who struggles with insomnia, and it's really helped both of us get better rest. Highly recommend for kids or adults.

great sound machine! it has so many noises and the night light function is perfect. (as an FYI for everyone, you have to hold down the nightlight button to change the color). I have mine set to a dark yellow and it’s perfect for nighttime feedings without being too bright for my baby.

I ordered this to replace my sons owl that has been on every night for over 6 years & he loves it! The only complaint I have is there should be an option to turn the light off as I would order it for my room but I can’t sleep with any light in the room.

So I bought this same exact machine at my local TJ Maxx for about $20. Until then, we were playing white noise sounds through my iPad cause we didn't think we needed a sound machine. I'm so glad I went ahead and purchased it after reading all the great reviews. The lowest setting is not too loud for us, it's actually perfect. We didn't notice any weird pink/white noise sound, but then again, we were using our iPad, so this machine is significantly better. The light is bright enough to emit a light ambience, but not as bright as a plug in night light. Overall, we love this machine.

Beat sound machine I found for babies-and I tried all of them. It’s got a nice dim nightlight and all the sounds are actually soothing. I liked the different white/brown/pink noises as well as the “shushing” one, the campfire one, and the heartbeat one. Any other sounds are usually too stimulating for a baby to sleep. This one is great. I also found the ones with apps were too complicated to them off/on at bedtime and had too many issues with the app. This one is straightforward and easy.

This sound machine is smaller than I expected which is neither good nor bad. It has a nice variety of sounds and the buttons are convenient. There are 4 buttons for the 4 categories of different sounds and you continue pressing to scroll through them and it beeps when you’re back at the beginning. The light is just right for putting baby to bed. Sound is good quality. Looks nice. Only reason for taking a star off is that it didn’t come with a wall plug which I think is kind of dumb. so it’s not ready to use out of the box… you have to spend more money. Unless you happen to have one lying around. Which I didn’t.

My son would definitely not sleep without this! We currently only use the white noise feature, but there are plenty of options. The nightlight came in handy the first few weeks, but we don’t use it anymore.

Love this sound machine! Works great, has a decent length cord, and has a ton of different sound options. My only complaint is that everyone once (maybe every 3-6 months) in awhile it randomly turns off during the night and wakes my daughter up since she is used to having it on all night long. Highly recommend!

It’s been a lifesaver for us, running 2 years strong. Lots of sound options, good volume, and you can change the color of the nightlight.
