I started using the nioxin hair serum last night before bed the fragrance was overpowering but I did it Then woke in morning to itching so I rinsed out hair an tried again since it said twice a day I went about my morning as usual trying to get used to fragrance but it is overpowering seemed to be bothering my eyes and nose , that was all I can smell and the itching started again So now I looked it up and it says the following :: some side effects reported: * scalp irritation * dryness * itching * temporary increased shedding especially if they have sensitive skin or are already dealing with medical hair loss. Or before that your hair loss is related to illness and treatments, your scalp may be more sensitive than average. I would suggest: * stopping if you get burning, intense itching, rash, or major shedding So at this point I can not continue with it Spent the money now wasted and another thing I can not use Very disappointed

If used weekly it will last for ages so its good value for money considering it gives visible results in a short space of time.

I would not say it miracle product but I am sure if consistent it will show result as in my case it took me a month to see the difference. This is light weight with black oat peptides niacin-amide and caffeine. It helps to revitalise hair from root and improve hair density. Smells fresh and clean with healthier and fuller looking hair.

Similar to the Shampoo and Conditioner. Very easy to use and apply anong my parting and my temples. I used one full pipette first application as I wasn't sure how concentrated or how far the area to cover was. I massaged with my fingertips. Very easy, no sticky residue. No crispy drying, either. It's still early days, so I will revisit my review [ 24 March] at a later date. I've included a photo of my regular hair in plug hair wash routine to compare in a few weeks. Checking my fully dried results at the end of the day, see photos, shows the hair had pouffed up over the thinning areas.
