Insert burst

Great product light weight portable. Used at work, church take it almost everywhere. I problem the warming insert burst and I cant find any that fit. Please tell me how to get another insert jell.

Not enough heat

This was my first time trying a cordless heating pad and I love the concept. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold its charge very long and you can barely even feel the heat, even on the highest setting. I’ll be returning and trying a different brand.

Good product, needs more battery life.

The product really helps my back. As others have said, I wish the battery lasts a little longer (I only get about 1 1/2 hrs at best). And, as others have said, it would be helpful if I could buy a replacement battery pack to use while the other pack is recharging.

Helps lower back muscles.

I purchased this heating pad to be used for the lower back after working a long day on a construction site. It seems to be very helpful on long drives in the afternoon.

Love this portable heating pad. Comes w/ icepack

Great product. battery doesn't last long, so I gave 4 stars. Otherwise, quick shipping, and a valuable product. I deal with lower back pain due to herniated discs, and am also busy, so this product is a must. There needs to be an option to get a battery backup in the future to use while the original battery is charging.

Perfect for Travel

My wife bought me this for our air travel and it worked great. I put the gel pack that comes with the heating wrap in my luggage not knowing if it was TSA approved for carry on. The heating element through the rechargeable battery did its job in flight and I was able to recharge the battery in-between planes. The ability to purchase additional battery pack(s) and gel pack would be beneficial.

One Of A Kind

I was unable to find another heating belt like this one. It wraps as tightly around my waist as I can make it. It does not slip or slide. It has a pocket to add ice if you wish. There are 4 heat settings. The heat can last for hours, but I never used it for more than an hour which was enough to loosen up my sore lower back.

Good for mild to moderate back pain

Great product! I feel that those who gave this a very low review probably need intensive back care. So if you have extreme back pain this may not be fore you(maybe they should advertise it for moderate to mild back pain) I feel that this product is great for mild chronic back pain like I have. It heats up just right on medium 3 level.

Helps relieve cramps

This heating pad helps relieve menstrual cramps. Just big enough to cover my stomach and has an adjustable Velcro strap that hugs perfectly. I'll also be using this as a cooling pad, since it comes with a gel pack.

Great product, battery life is a little short

I bought this almost a year ago and i love it! The fact that i can wear it while im working (im a nurse) is a plus. Just wish there was replacement batteries for it, or a way to buy an extra one for continuous use. Otherwise im in love!

After fully charging the battery several times, the pack does not get hot enough to serve its purpose. Pure Enrichment has offered me a replacement, so we'll see.
