Directions
Directions: (Adult) Multi-Herb Digestion & Detox Support™ and Multi-Herb Colon Cleanse™ are designed to be taken together in the morning and evening with a full glass of water. Start with one (1) tablet of both products in the morning and one (1) tablet of both products in the evening, increasing intake of both products by one (1) tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed three (3) tablets of each product twice per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days. Do not exceed 30 days of continual use of this product. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. See product insert for more information.Shipping details

Works
Ive been using this product for probably a decade now and always pleased with the results. It really helps to "unclog" and get things back to normal. I highly recommend this product especially if you're into the whole herbal thing.

Works well, I started with just a half of each pill then increased to a full pill each day. When any having any discomfort I cut back again. This product does a deep cleanse.

Ultimate Cleanse
I have IBS. This product works very well with no side effects. I've been using it for 18 years. I recommend it to everyone that tells me they are having intestinal pain or bloating. I've also had 9 inches of my colon removed. Ultimate Cleanse helps me evacuate painlessly and with the proper amount. I plan to keep using it for the foreseeable future. Thank you.

It is best to start this on a Friday so you can get use to it's effect on your bowels. It's not harsh at all. I took one of each capsule twice per day to accomplish the required 2-3 bowel movements per day. I do think some of the ingredients were a little repetitive in both products. I would like to see more detox products in the detox formula.

I have taken quite a few cleanses over the years and decided to try this one since it had great review and was a few dollars cheaper than the one I usually buy. I am on day 6 and it is harsh. I take the minimum 1 pill of each in the morning and evening and have multiple explosions throughout the day. It comes on quick and I have to run at full speed to a bathroom and the consistency is runny oatmeal. I cant do 2 weeks of this. I am stopping at day 7. Next time I will switch back to the RenewLife Total Body Cleanse. Much gentler!

It really works
The combination of ingredients works better for me than anything else I've ever used. It's easy to take, and does a good job of clearing your body of old waste. By the time I've finished the 2 week cleanse my face is a lot clearer and I sleep better. I look forward to using it for it makes such a difference in how I feel.

Ultimate Cleanse is gentle on your stomach and works as advertized. Only problem is you may need to take 3 to 4 of each tablet twice a day. I will order this product again.

Perhaps I've misunderstood what I've read, but the product pamphlet seems to indicate that this product is targeted specifically for cleansing the "bowel" elimination channel. However, the product description on this website states it is for cleansing and toning "all five channels of elimination (the bowel, kidneys, lungs, skin, and lymphatic system) -- as the name seems to indicate. Also, it would have been helpful to know outright that this is a 30-day cleansing program. Since this kind of product can disrupt the body's natural rhythyms, I would have done more research before making a purchase.

Overall Good Cleanse
I've been using this product for about 4 years. I use it about twice a year, and noticeably feel the difference after a couple of days into the system. When I am dragging and worn out on an ongoing basis, I know it is time to cleanse again! It definitely cleans out the system, as well as gives me a boost of energy. The only reason I don't give it a complete 5 leaf rating is because I have never tried the more expensive cleanses to know the difference.

Gentle Clense
This clense is gentle and great. The first couple bowl movements are a little jarring, but just make sure you are near a toilet. It doesnt make you feel sick or cramped. It gives you a nice little warning to. Your stomach will growl and gurgle a bit before you have to go. Only use for a couple of days because your body can get addicated to the casandra root. Its amazing how much sludge your body can carry around. I lost 3 pounds of undigested matter from using this product. Wonderful product!

This product works great! Cleaned me out without uncomfortable cramps and bloating. Keep in mind product starts working about 4-6 hours after taking dosage, so be near a bathroom! Only two dosages, one in morning and one in night so I didn't have to lug any pills to work. Highly recommended!
