Works
Ive been using this product for probably a decade now and always pleased with the results. It really helps to "unclog" and get things back to normal. I highly recommend this product especially if you're into the whole herbal thing.

Works well, I started with just a half of each pill then increased to a full pill each day. When any having any discomfort I cut back again. This product does a deep cleanse.

I have IBS. This product works very well with no side effects. I've been using it for 18 years. I recommend it to everyone that tells me they are having intestinal pain or bloating. It is best to start this on a Friday so you can get use to it's effect on your bowels. It's not harsh at all. I took one of each capsule twice per day to accomplish the required 2-3 bowel movements per day. I do think some of the ingredients were a little repetitive in both products. I would like to see more detox products in the detox formula.

I have taken quite a few cleanses over the years and decided to try this one since it had great review and was a few dollars cheaper than the one I usually buy. I am on day 6 and it is harsh. I take the minimum 1 pill of each in the morning and evening and have multiple explosions throughout the day. It comes on quick and I have to run at full speed to a bathroom and the consistency is runny oatmeal. I cant do 2 weeks of this. I am stopping at day 7. Next time I will switch back to the RenewLife Total Body Cleanse. Much gentler!

It really works
The combination of ingredients works better for me than anything else I've ever used. It's easy to take, and does a good job of clearing your body of old waste. By the time I've finished the 2 week cleanse my face is a lot clearer and I sleep better. I look forward to using it for it makes such a difference in how I feel.
