This pre workout doesn’t give the boost of energy/pump and in return you do not get a good sweat. I’ve tried other brands that actually make you feel like it enhances your workout. It also tastes awful; enough for me to never purchase again.

It didn’t give me the boost of energy Id expect from a pre workout. It just made me not tired in an insomniac kind of way. If I take it after 4pm I’m up all night. I’ve never experienced this with a pre workout. On top of it doing nothing for my workout and making me unable to go to sleep it taste horrible. Would not recommend

Good + cost effective
I mix a scoop into sparkling water/club soda + it’s the same as a canned energy drink but for a cheaper price. You can drink it with just water but it doesn’t mix as well lol

I should have ordered this via in store because the product once opened was super clumpy and unusable. Not sure if the shipment just sat in a truck longer than needed but it’s essentially unusable. Very disappointed that the target employee didn’t check the product before pulling from the shelf.

I love the taste. I read reviews where some said it tasted chalky or like tums but I don’t think it tastes chalky or like tums. The first 2 times I tried it I was fine but the next 2 times it did make me itchy. It wasn’t too bad though and it stopped after about 5-10 minutes I think because I was able to ignore it after a while. I love the energy boost it gives me to while working out and I love that they have it as an energy drink which tastes amazing too.

Hit or Miss
I think this product is more suited for people who regularly drink energy drinks. It has a slightly bitter/sour taste. Tastes like chalky Smarties or Pixie Stix but if you’re into that sorta thing then this might be for you. This is my first time trying a pre-workout so I really have nothing to compare this to. It’s definitely an acquired taste if you don’t like energy drinks or sour things. I will continue to use this to build up the tolerance. It says on the directions to use half a scoop at first use and then slowly wean your way to using a full scoop, which I definitely recommend. It also says that you could feel a tingly sensation (which is normal) but I didn’t experience that myself. I also find that it helps to take it down by adding ice to it. It is also a little pricey for how much you get. (7.1 oz, 20-40 servings) This is otherwise a good product if you want to start using pre-workout.

Flavor? Amazing. Energy? Yess. Only need 1/2 scoop. The Hawaiian shaved ice flavor is so good I could drink this all day.. and I don't get shaky or itchy, just good energy. I would recommend!!! Adding that my family loves the alani energy drinks (powder preferred) as well. So we already know the general flavors so I knew what to expect from this and it didn't let me down!

Gives you energy/ tastes awful
It gives you energy! It gives a slight tingle 15 minutes after taking it but not uncomfortable like other pre workouts where I’m usually scratching and itching. But the taste is so bad! Idk if I got a bad batch or what but I just can not use it anymore simply because I can’t stomach the taste of it! Maybe I’ll try another flavor from the same line because I really like it’s effects!
