If you are not used to taking larger pills or don't like taking larger pills, you will have a hard time with this supplement. The dosage is on the higher end which is nice so there's less of a need to take multiple.

Easy to take

But I’m one of the hardest person to swallow a big pill and I was quite intimidated by the size of the these softgel tablets at first. As with most supplements…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so hard to tell if they are working without taking them for like 6 months. I can’t tell if it’s doing anything yet. I do know I’m not having any side effects. Seems to not give me any digestion issues or nausea which is great for me. I’ll continue to take and buy them for about six months and if I have results, I’ll continue to take them.

Large pill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large pill makes it hard to swallow. It is a soft gel, so it’s easier than swallowing a hard pill. I feel like it’s the same size as a vitamin c pill. The packaging does feel secure since there a safety seal. Not sure about the results yet since I only took a couple pills. I stopped taking it because of the size.
