Why bad reviews?
Please never discontinue this one IGK, its my new holy grail. My hair looks like i heat styled it. I have dry course 2C hair, and this adds hold volume and softness.

Good smell and not a bad texture but looked like I didn't put any product in my hair when it dried. My hair is pretty thick so that could've been a big reason why.

Great curl/wave definer, and smells amazing
I got this cream to try as an air dry cream - it enhances my natural texture without weighing it down, and giving a light-medium hold. I personally don't like using gel, bc my hair starts to look and act stringy, but with this product, it has definition, volume, and is soft and touchable. Sometimes, it can feel a bit drying - so I like pairing a leave in underneath, before going in with this on wet hair.

I have fine, 2b/2c shoulder length hair and have been searching for products to achieve that tousled effortless beachy wave look. I tried using this on damp hair, dry hair, wet hair; i tried pairing it with salt spray, mousse, etc; using a dallop, a dose, a dime sized amount; i tried twisting, braiding, scrunching; i tried air drying, diffusing and just wasn’t getting anything other than a pleasant scent and some softness. On the plus side, it didn’t weigh my hair down at all despite the varying amounts used and my short length. Overall, unimpressed and still in need of a product(s) to achieve the beachy tousled hair i’m after.

I did not notice any difference in using this product vs just letting my hair air dry w/o it. Disappointing, given the price of it. This one went back to Ulta for a refund.

I think I found my new favorite product!
This product is lightweight and easy to use. I've applied it to my hair while wet and scrunched it a little with my hands, then I let it air dry. I was very pleased with how much more defined my waves were! I think I've found a new favorite!

Adds volume and texture
This product gives me so much volume! I have a lot of hair, but this makes it even more full looking. It also adds slight waves to my hair as well which is hard for me to achieve usually. I get compliments any time I wear this in my hair.

Perfect beach waves
Was looking for something to emphasize my waves that wouldnt make it crunchy and didnt need to be heat activated. Put this in my wet hair last night the way the directions said and my hair definitely has that beach wave look but still feels soft! So glad i decided to try this

this smells great but it has the texture of glue. it's too thick, hard to work with, and makes your hair feel heavy. you're better off using a hair oil to tame frizz and fly-aways.

Decent hold without being crunchy
This is a good air dry styler. It makes my hair feel soft and it holds waves okay, but not as great as others I’ve tried. The nice thing about this is that it doesn’t make your hair crunchy or greasy looking.

Did not curl as advertised.
I was hoping for a natural curl effect but all I got was dry hay effect. The texture spray and paste just weighed the hay down. I think I am not doing something correctly.

Gets tangles out but leaves some body in!
Smells good and rubs easily into hair with your fingers. Don't comb or brush til later and the waves stay. Perfect!

Really great!
This is one of the few hair products I've repurchased. It does exactly what it says it will - enhances an air dry with soft texture and reduces frizz. I often find curl creams to be too heavy/sticky, but a leave-in spray doesnt do enough to define my waves. This is the perfect in-between. I also love the smell; it is lovely and sophisticated, and it fades quickly. I highly recommend this for low maintenance styling!

loved it until...
I loved this product until I noticed it was lightening my hair color to a reddish brown color. If you look closely at the cream it has a golden color to it which I think is dying my hair. I want to keep using this product but unfortunately I'm going to have to stop.
