Fun, sad, thought provoking. If you haven’t read Abby Jimenez yet you’re really missing out. The depth of her characters and relation to real life struggles are unmatched in the rom com genre.

Couldn’t put the book down!!

Predictable (which is fine for this genre), not very well written. Great for a quick read, maybe while traveling, but I won’t be looking into any more of this author’s books. Just meh..:

This book was probably my favorite Abby Jimenez book yet!! So good!!

Cute romance with a little twist and turn. I mean who says that mixed signals, love, hate, heartbreak and lust can’t be alluring (given it’s what today’s dating scene gives us too!) had similarities to book one of the series but nonetheless a good quick read.

A quick google search shows this book is highly rated, I don’t normally read book reviews so I just thought, why not. It’s not terrible, it’s also not good. Hence the meh. If you’re interested, by all means check it out. It’s an easy, quickish read. There were parts that made me giggle and brought tears to my eyes but overall a third of the book could have been taken out. I don’t mind cheesy or predictable, but it got to a point I was like cmonnn. I appreciated the main character being of a Hispanic origin, the highlight on mental health and organ donation. Would have been better with a bit more smut. Again, if you’re curious go ahead, but I wouldn’t recommend, ended up donating my book.

Overall a good read. I just finished reading “Just For The Summer,” & it’s also a 4 star book for me. I like Abby as an author but when I compare her books to others I’ve read they’re not my absolute favorite.

Anyone who has dealt with social anxiety, you will connect with Jacob. And you will feel seen by Briana. I love this book and this romance!

Love the book itself. Dislike that it’s not the same size as the other two in the series.
