    False advertising

    This toilet paper is not XXL. It seems bigger, but it's actually more narrow. When it's on my toilet paper holder, there are two inchs of space that would normally be filled up with the toilet paper. It's very narrow and you need to use more of it. They are charing more money for the same amount of toilet paper as an XL roll.

    Poor Delivery

    Please have your delivery people to delivery package to front door or inside the delivery's locker, not on the floor in front of the locker. This happen quite often. The reason for delivery is to put in front of my door. For god sake not outside of the ten story building which have happen many of times....NOT GOOD AT ALL!
