    This works, but could have unintended effects

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only giving three stars based on my experience, but it is important to know this will be different for everyone. I started taking this in the luteal phase only vs my entire cycle and did notice that it helped with mood changes and period pain. But, I also noticed a change in cycle length that I have never had issues with in the past. I have decided to hold off on using further until I can get in with my doctor. Decreasing negative symptoms throughout my cycle was a huge benefit, but having an unreliable cycle length from month to month is just not worth it to me. So, in short, this product works. It will have an effect, but it is important to understand why you are taking it and weigh the benefits vs cost. This will likely include a convo with a professional.

    Could be doing something...??

I still cramped a week before my period as well as during it. The pain may have been slightly reduced, but not enough to really notice all that well. I'm sure it's doing wonders to my body, but I have not noticed the results after one month.

While i haven’t noticed a significant difference in how I feel on a day to day basis, I will say that my menstrual cycle symptoms are less intense. Unsure if this is due to the balance of my hormones but this is a win for me! Will continue to use consistently. Packaging is great and you get 90 capsules. You only need 1 a day so this is a great value

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing is that this bottle does not have a child proof cap. The scent is very unique. I took this the whole 7 days of my period and it made an amazing difference. I usually have bad cramps, but not with this it helped a lot. Definitely worth it. It’s nice that the ingredients are fruit extracts. This is a must have for anyone with horrible period cramps.

When I received it and looked at the things that it could help with including steady mood and clear skin, early menopause, and potentially repelling, biting insects. I wasn’t sure what to believe. Although it is winter in my area and I have not had a chance to test the claim about insects, I am really impressed with the early menopause support. I am of an age where some sneaky menopause symptoms, including getting red faced in hot when drinking alcohol are very bothersome. This Christmas I enjoy a cocktail with my family with no menopause symptoms. The only change is taking this supplement. I had never heard of it before this trial, but it is a winner, and I look forward to continuing taking it.
