    Hoping they don’t break!

    Waste of money

    The sound quality is terrible. I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought them for my daughter and each time I try to talk to her on the phone through them, I can't understand anything she says. She has to disconnect and talk directly through her phone. It's too late to return them otherwise I would.

    While the sound function of the headphones works as it should, the design has an incredibly notable flaw of a piece that juts out in the center of the ear covering. It digs into my ear that's rather painful after only a few minutes of wearing and no level of adjusting seems to make it not hit my ear. Not a problem I've had with any other headphones I've used either. Otherwise they do work well and outside of a likely fixable disconnection and reconnection issue that kept happening are fine. but that one feature makes them affectively unuable for me for long at all. Doesn't hit for everyone's ears but considering no other headphone I've used has had any issue like this it's worth taking into consideration.

    No ability to change name

    The Headset works really well and the sound is excellent, noise cancelling also brilliant along with good battery life. The only issue i have is the fact that both my wife and I have a pair, and when we connect to the Samsung tv we cannot distinguish between the 2 as you cannot rename the headset in the settings. Perhaps this can be changed?
