I do think that these capsules had a bit of an aftertaste that I would notice occasionally but there’s no taste to them when taking them. I like they they are gluten free as well and has fairly clean ingredients.

Good vitamin option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product, it’s easy to swallow despite them being fairly large pills. They fit into a travel pill holder which is a huge bonus since I typically take my vitamins on the go. They don’t leave an aftertaste that some pills do which is nice, nor do you feel nauseous if you don’t take them around the time of eating. Overall, enjoy the product and would probably continue to use.

ALA is a powerful antioxidant that some people may not get enough of daily if they dont eat enough vegetables. This capsules also contains your daily dose of Biotin as well, which is great!. I only took a star off because I am not good at swallowing large pills, and these were a little big for me.

I would prefer a safety push top

As for the packaging, I am not a fan of the lid. I prefer a push twist top. I do like and appreciate the ingredient lineup. They have biotin that help strengthen nails. I appreciate it. I have fine nails, and I have noticed they have strengthened a little bit the past 2 weeks since I've been testing this product. These are easy to take, quick release capsules. They are NON-GMO and gluten-free. They have no weird taste, or after taste. I recommend this product and will buy this product in the future. Especially if they change the packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I picked this up mainly for the alpha lipoic acid, but I kind of wish it didn’t have biotin in it. Biotin’s in everything these days, multivitamins, hair gummies, protein bars, so I don’t really feel like I need more of it. That aside, the 600mg of ALA is what I was after, and this one delivers. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks now, and while it’s still early, I’ve noticed I feel a bit more balanced energy wise, especially in the afternoons. They're easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I haven’t had any side effects. I’ll stick with it for now, but I do wish they offered a plain ALA option without the extra biotin.
