    We cannot figure out how to turn this on. Was it supposed to come with a remote? If so, ours did not. We downloaded the Dyson app thinking maybe it was app controlled, it’s not. My husband threw out the box otherwise I’d return it.

    This is the third Gen 1 we have purchased for home use over the past several years. The air purifier works wonders to freshen the air after the weeks long air quality alerts due to the Canadian wildfires. The airflow is diffuse, quiet, relaxing not the usual hurricane of typical room fans. Well worth the price.

    I bought this to help cool my bedroom in which I'm recovering from surgery. The room has no air conditioning and the fan, while not technically cooling the air, is moving the air around and making the room much more comfortable. Objective achieved! Plus I know it is filtering and it's not a noisy traditional fan. Love this.

    So happy to have changed to this no EMR purifier version with No bluetooth and No WiFi connection! Measured with a RF meter (radio frequency radiation meter) and readings were nil! The model with NO bluetooth/WiFi is fantastic as compared to our other previous Dyson’s techy one which unfortunately continuously had high RF/EMR levels due to the internal bluetooth and wifi chips constantly trying to connect to a phone app. That version purified the air but spread unwanted radiation into child’s room. See difference in photos between models/versions - one with no emr/wifi and the other with. The model with Bluetooth/Wifi automatically pulses extreme level frequency every 19 seconds due to product connecting to app…cannot manually turn this off even if desired. This version is great, love it as can simply see air quality levels, etc on the interface on the actual purifier and no need to check a mobile phone app which is more effort and pollutes emr into sleeping environments. Congratulations to Dyson to listening to health conscious customers and creating alternative, low/no rf/emr versions. Please continue!

    We have two. Bought the first one a few years ago. Decided on a second one as besides purifying the air they supplement the AC on these awful hot & humid days. They run quieter and that’s a plus. Run one at night in our bedroom and the other one in the main living room.

    I bought this product because I’ve high expectations of Dyson products. However, it falls short of my expectations such as noisy at level 9-10 within a room; airflow was not strong and even with my fan on, I couldn’t feel much of cool air too. I believe this product is not suitable for room instead but rather for a more spacious area like living hall. The plus factor I can mention is the filtration as I can feel that my floor is not so dusty when it is set on. Finally, there was an aesthetic issue on the product which I’m very disappointed as it’s a new product which should not occur!

    I love this purifier so much as it has so many features that other purifiers don't include like pm meter, filter change reminder and other useful stuff like projecting air around the room as well as capturing particles in a sealed chamber, it could also sense the particles in their count which surprised me, I also love that it comes with a dyson app as I could see how to change and maintenance my purifier, I like the noise of the purifier to be low and this solves this issue it could also serve as a white noise machine which helps me sleep at night. I also love the airflow from this purifier as it could cover my whole room without issue

    I bought this fan because it claimed to be more energy efficient. However during usage, I realise that the wind from this fan is so weak even at max power, it's practically useless to use in the house! Ended up we use back the traditional bladed fan which is cheaper and makes the whole place cooler. it is not just me who complained, i have other family members and friends who used this fan complaining that this fan is too weak.
