    Beautiful color

    I bought this because I LOVE an inner eye highlight moment, and the IRL Angel shade looked so so pretty! I noticed when it was on the wand it was white, but it turned to pink when put on, not a shift just a change which in that I was very disappointed, but it is good for an every day school look which I can appreciate, so thank you ELF!

    Very pigmented
