Shipped used item from warehouse

Item had been opened and box was damaged and haphazardly taped shut. It should have never left the warehouse. At least two pieces were scratched and scuffed. I stopped looking when I determined someone else had already ravaged it. It’s a long box so will be difficult to return. Very disappointed and Target didn’t really seem to care to make it right. It will be returned. I didn’t purchase “opened box” or “used “ umbrella so I expect it to be new and look new. The pink color of the umbrella is true to color shown on website.
