I like it but the airflow needs to have an additional lower speed air flow setting. I've got fine hair and when I'm styling I'd get a less dried out looking style and not being so dry, my style would last longer

Best hair dryer ever!
Fabulous steady airflow, low noise and softens the hair. Doesn't dry it out. Great ergonomics with the additional airflow vent.

pleased with this hair dryer
Purchased to replace a very old hair dryer. The airflow is very robust, and good attachments to direct the air as needed. Flow and temperature adjustment easy to manage. It is a little heavy but seems very sturdy. Cord is long enough, but seems thicker than necessary with a heavy transformer along the cord.

Excellent product, great design.
I bought this for my girlfriend who uses it everyday. The product is such excellent quality, including the stand and attachments. The layout of the stand to acommodate the hair dryer and the attachments is very well designed.

Good....but costly
I do really like this hair dryer, but I have a hard time with the price. This is my second but I struggled with making a change because of the cost. I decided to stay with Dyson and see if this one lasts longer than 6 years.

Hair dryer storage
The Supersonic hair dryer I bought few years ago came with a gift box which is easier for storage, but recently I bought a new one which didnot include any box for storage, that is the worst thing, it's hard to keep all the accessories and the hair dryer together and tidy. We need to buy the box extra, it's not good for the change.

Best hairdryer!
I love this hairdryer. I tried my friends prior to getting my own and after that it had to be on my Christmas list. It dries my hair in half the time and I end up losing very little hair while styling. It also makes it salon looking smooth which other dryers are not able to do.

Not for people with curly hair
I have curly hair and unfortunately this straightener did not make my hair silky smooth after straightening the way other high end straighteners do. Unfortunately I will be returning mine.

So lightweight
Got this from my husband as a Christmas present and I love it I have very fine hair and this has got the correct attachment and temperature for me it is also a good weight for me to hold as I’m a OAP with difficulty in holding anything that has a bit of weight for any length of time.This is a perfect it doesn’t make much noise at all and gives me the best drying experience out of all the hairdryers I’ve had over the years and that is quite a lot.Maybe next Christmas I’ll get the airwrap I’ve been looking at to complete my hairstyling experience.

The same as my last Dyson blow dryer
I’ve bought Dyson before besides this one being a new colour it doesn’t work any different than the last one that I had, Dyson has set it up so when their machines break, they don’t repair them after the warranty is up, but they make it extremely difficult to get them repaired in the city that I live, But they don’t set it up so you can fix your machine so you just have to keep on buying new ones. They don’t work any better than the last one that you had. It’s ridiculous actually.

Excellent performance
This was a Christmas gift from my husband. I have very thick hair and it dries it in half the time and without making it frizzy. Very nice. My only negative comment is that it is quite heavy. The handheld is heavy but it is the cord that makes it less manageable. The cord is very long and thick with a small box (I imagine it is electrical) mid way on the cord. I have to wrap the cord with a twist tie and lay it on a pulled out cabinet drawer while leaving enough out to work with; otherwise it weighs the dryer down too much for me to manage.
